In 2009 we completed a full renovation of our 2 BR/2.5 Bath Townhome that is located in a nice, family friendly complex directly across the street from the Disneyland & the Downtown Disney parking lots - you literally cannot get any closer than this... It's just a short 5-10 minute walk to hop on the free shuttle to Disneyland or California Adventure. If you already have your pass, you can also use the Monorail from Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Tomorrowland. The Anaheim convention center is within a 20 minute walk, or 3 minutes by car.
And there is so much more to see and do! 3 incredible beaches are within a 20-30 minute drive, Los Angeles with all its attractions is about 45 minutes away, San Diego about 1 ½ hours and 3 fabulous Outlets are within a 30-60 minute drive.
The complex has 3 pools, including a kids pool + a jacuzzi, a beautiful club house and a playground for the little ones. An abundance of restaurants and stores is within walking distance.
We have really gone above and beyond and have spared no expense to make our home an exceptional place to stay while offering an incredible value for your money!
The 2-story condo is completely remodeled with a beautiful and fully stocked new kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, we have a washer & dryer inside the unit, brand new wood laminate & tile floors throughout, all new electrical with recessed lighting and dimmers, upgraded bathrooms and gorgeous designer furnishings.
We have a romantic canopy queen sized bed in the master with a comfy Simmons pillow top mattress, a twin over full bunk bed in the kids room, a full size pullout couch in the living room and a queen size airbed that can be set up in the entry downstairs. Maximum occupancy is 8! We also have 2 pack & plays with bedding to accommodate 2 infants/toddlers. The dining room table is expandable and can accommodate 6-8. There is a powder room downstairs with a vanity & sink and 2 bathrooms upstairs with tub/shower combinations.
The condo is stocked with everything that will make your stay comfortable and fun! We have a total of 3 TVs with cable access and DVD players (the living room has a brand new 37" flat screen and we have also have TVs in each bedroom). We also provide a wide selection of movies for the whole family, a CD player with Ipod docking station and a desk, including a laptop with wireless internet.
Your kids will love the books, stuffed animals, board games + pool and beach toys that we provide. After a long day at the parks, come relax and BBQ on our tropical patio. Or spend a day at the beach - we provide everything, including directions, an umbrella, cooler, beach towels + toys. We understand what traveling with kids entails and will make sure that EVERYTHING is there for you from a high chair (we have 3), to a stroller, to 2 pack & plays and plastic Disney dishes for the kids. We even have optional safety gates for the stairs.
An added bonus: you get one - upon request even 2 - reserved parking spots, so you can save a bundle on parking when visiting the parks.

We had been researching the real estate market in various areas of Southern California for just about 3 years, before we finally decided to purchase this townhome, since it offered everything we were looking for: A fantastic location, DIRECTLY across the street from Disneyland (you literally cannot get any closer than this), well maintained grounds with 3 pools, including a kids pool, a jacuzzi and an on-site playground for the kids. Our condo is an end unit, it has one of the nicest locations in the whole complex - right next to the pool, a great floor plan on 2 stories with an open kitchen, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams in the master BR and a lovely patio.

I am originally from Germany, but I have lived in Southern California for the past 15 years. Having worked in the travel industry for most of my life, my husband and I have traveled extensively, including several trips with our 2 little girls. We just LOVE staying at private vacation rentals. In fact we never want to stay at a hotel again! Especially when traveling with children it makes it so much easier, more affordable and comfortable to stay in a home, rather than a hotel room. I always dreamed of owning a B&B which is probably not going to happen, but with the purchase of our condo in Anaheim, I intend to create an amazing experience anyone visiting Disneyland and our beautiful Southern California!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and enjoy the happiest place on earth. It had everything you could possibly want. The decorating was fantastic and the location perfect. Britta has added her personal touch to the condo, it is homey yet functional. Britta also made the effort to meet us at the condo to give us a run through of everything the condo had to offer from the laptop computer, washer & dryer, pool toys, beach necessities, and the most important detail.... the best way to get to Disneyland. Britta also has put together a binder full of information that allows you to have restaurants, beaches and night life is at your fingertips. Our young girls were welcomed to their new room with a "Disney" care package full of goodies, they loved the condo and said it felt like home. We want to thank you sincerely for everything. It was amazing. This was our first winter vacation in years and it will never be forgotten. We have stayed in condos for our summer vacation, but there is no comparison. Your attention to details + how welcome you made us feel was a big part of a great holiday. You had everything for the kids and you also made it a romantic setting for us big kids. The wine, candles + lighting made it feel like 2 different holidays. Will recommend your place highly!

Thanks for the convenient stay in your condo! The location so close to Disneyland was fantastic for walking. since we spent so much time in the theme parks, we were not in the condo a whole lot! Britta & Robert, Your hospitality was awesome. We want to thank you for making our welcome extra special with warm cookies and presents on our bed. This condo was remodeled well and made for a comfortable stay. Most importantly it is CLEAN. The convenience of being across the street from Disney Parks is awesome! Not only that, but only a short 15-30 minute drive to Newport Beach, shopping as well as 40 mts to Universal. Once again thank you for an amazing experience! Your home is awesome!

Staying at Britta's home was great for my family and I. There were six of us staying here to experience Disneyland/California Adventure during the Christmas vacation. We arrived on January 04-08, 2012! The location was perfect as we were able to just walk to the Disneyland parking lots and grab the tram to the front gate. This took no more than 10 minutes! We had teenagers and one younger daughter of 8 years and it was perfect! We spent from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day at Disneyland or Universal Studios (a 45 min drive) so we didn't spend a lot of time in the house. Britta was fantastic and had everything we needed in the house. She even had some special "treats" and surprises for all the kids (even though some were 21!) Ha! They loved it! Thanks, Britta! We will certainly recommend this home and location to anyone planning a trip to Disneyland with their family! So glad I found it!

Britta + Robert, Your condo was exceptionally amazing! I will NEVER stay in a hotel again. You have made it so comfortable with all the conveniences of home. I wanted a place close to Disneyland and this was perfect! We were able to make a lot of meals at home and come back to rest. Everything was perfect from the expert decorating scheme (you really could be a professional interior decorator!) to the surprise gifts to our daughter - we felt like we were in a home away from home.
