Neighborhood and Location

The apartment sits in a sought-after, historic neighborhood. The Sagrada Familia cathedral, Barcelona's defining monument, is literally a few streets away. Example Dreta district is famed for its buildings with grand, balconied façades and it's full of shops, bars and restaurants.

In just a short stroll through these beautiful streets you will arrive right at the centre, the fashionable Passeig de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya and all of Barcelona's popular attractions.

Nearby metro station: Tetuan (L2, purple line), Monumental (L2, purple line), Girona (L4, yellow line).

Living Area

In the bright and spacious open lounge there is 1 sleeper sofa, a giant floor lamp, a modern cabinet, an audio-visual station and lots of light from its huge sunny windows. A dining suite consists of a table and seating for 5.

Bed and Bathroom

The master bedroom has 1 designer queen size bed, night-tables, lamps and closet space. A second bedroom has 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and lots of natural light. In the lounge, the sofa is converted into 1 double bed.
The complete bathroom has a bath, shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Kitchen

Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the cool kitchen is also equipped with: Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, hob stove and oven, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle and coffee machine. The bar counter with barstools overlooks the street and is an extra space to dine and socialize.

  • This is a fantastic apartment in the best possible location. It’s very close to everything but not crowded with tourists like some areas. Furnished with high end modern appliances, stylish furniture, comfortable bedding , JOse’s place really exceeded our expectations . We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Barcelona. Highly recommended!! Our friends rented the other Jose`apartment at the same building, and have the same experience

It was very easy for us to travel around the city as the apartment was very central. Jose was a fantastic host, who greeted us warmly and was available for any questions we had.   • We recently stayed 5 nights in Jose's apartment. It is VERY clean and close to the metro lines. We even walked to Sagrada Familia. We were 2 women alone in the apartment, but felt it was a very safe area. I would definetly recommend renting from Jose. He is very helpful and friendly.

  • Stayed in this nice 2BR 1BA clean apartment located near Metro Stations, Super market and local restaurants. Jose, the owner, met us at the apartment with keys and was helpful in anwering whatever questions we had. The price was right and the people were friendly and all willing to help you with directions.

  • I have stayed at Jose apartments on two occasions. The location is very central. Walking distance to downtown, and to all interest places. The area is very saf. There are all the things you need nearby, supermarkets, pharmacie, shops,restaurants. The apartment is spotless and fully equipped. Our kids enjoy to stay in the public garden next to the apartment. Jose is a wonderful man, very easy going and most helpful. Don’t hesitate to stay at this lovely apartment and meet Jose.
