This is an exclusive, well-maintained, nicely decorated, well-appointed, 3 BR/2 BA townhouse (with 1 BR closed off), in a quiet neighborhood on the east side of the valley (away from the noisy west side highway corridor), beautifully situated next to the Moab Golf Course, within walking distance of red rock fins, Mill Creek Canyon, and "Steelbender Trail." Hiking and biking is right out your front door. The townhouse has a uniquely private back yard and patio, right next to the golf course, but once removed, so the golfers can't see you.

This is a cozy home away from home, with a library of informational literature of the region and wildlife. It is roomier than a 2 BR (this one is an end unit), with its larger great room, wrap around patio, and an upstairs deck. The downstairs Master has its own bath, and opens onto the patio. The upstairs bedroom has its own bath.

If you are longing for a relaxing getaway from the maddening crowd (this IS NOT another RIM condo), our townhouse complex has only 18 well cared for units, lots of beautiful landscaping and cool grass. Our location ensures that you won't hear the highway. Our pool is not over-crowded, and conveniently nearby.

Non-Smoking. Pets ARE allowed, but we are assiduously clean, so leave them in the garage when no one's there.

This unit is a perfect fit with the one next door (#394743) for larger groups.

The photos do not do this lovely townhome justice. We have stayed in these units for years (since we stopped camping!) renting always from Lisa and Rob with excellent service. We always bring our dog on our trips so we only choose the pet friendly units. The location is perfect to town, the golf course, trails, and all that surrounding activities Moab has to offer. I loved the end unit and the nice patio. The house was very well appointed with all the cooking utensils and cookware for the preparation of yummy meals. It is situated next to the swimming pool so you have easy access with kids or to watch the sun go down with a cocktail for the adults. We have been going to Moab since 1984 (we even go in February) and will continue to do so 2 or 3 times a year. These townhomes are the perfect getaway for us.

This condo was perfect...quiet, clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the surroundings beautiful!! We wish we would have been able to extend our visit to explore the beautiful red rock's nearby. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a wonderful place to stay while visiting the Moab area.

Quiet and Relaxing

This unit is very nice. Cozy and relaxing. Nicely landscaped and private. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Clean, well maintained and nicely furnished. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking your own meals. Gas fireplace felt great during the chilly weather. Downstairs King bed is very comfortable. Upstairs bedroom is very quaint with a queen and a "nook" with a twin. Sleeps 5, or 6 if someone was willing to sleep on the couch. "Downtown Moab" is a 5-10 minute drive, so not the place to stay if you want to be able to walk downtown & shop. Pets are allowed but my thought here is only adult, house-trained, and non-chewers. Place is too nice to risk getting torn up by an unruly pet.
