This is an exclusive, well-maintained, nicely decorated, well-appointed, 3 BR/2 BA townhouse (with 1 BR closed off), in a quiet neighborhood on the east side of the valley, beautifully situated next to the Moab Golf Course, within walking distance of red rock fins, Mill Creek Canyon, and "Steelbender Trail." Hiking and biking is right out your front door. The townhouse has a uniquely private back yard and patio, right next to the golf course, but once removed, so the golfers can't see you.
It is roomier than a 2 BR (this one is an end unit), with its larger great room, wrap around patio, and an upstairs deck. The downstairs Master has its own bath, and opens onto the patio. The upstairs bedroom has its own bath.
If you are longing for a relaxing getaway from the maddening crowd (this IS NOT another RIM condo), our townhouse complex has only 18 well cared for units, lots of beautiful landscaping and cool grass. Our location ensures that you won't hear the highway. Our pool is not over-crowded, and conveniently nearby.
Non-Smoking. Pets ARE allowed, but we are assiduously clean, so leave them in the garage when no one's there.

- Suitability
- Pet Friendly: Two dog maximum. Pets are allowed, but we are assiduously clean, so leave them in the garage when no one's there.
- Kid Friendly: Great place for small family,.. with a deck, patio, close proximity to the pool, organic lawns (no toxins, poisons, or chemicals are used), can hike or bike out the front door, climb red rocks, play in Mill Creek.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Lots of deck, patio, lawn, and privacy outdoors, but absolutely no smoking inside!!
