2 King Beds, Amazing Views, Pool-seasonal & Hot tub-year round

Welcome to Laughing Labs. Spectacular views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim on a secluded corner. Extended deck is shaded in the afternoon and very private, great place to relax at the end of the day. Make fabulous meals in the well stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Single level townhouse. Enjoy the Moab outdoors from this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single level townhome with oversized patio, just a 5 minute drive from downtown Moab. Two bedrooms contain King size beds, third bedroom with a Queen and a Twin XL beds. Additional rollaway bed provided. Free Wi-Fi.

HOT TUB: Open year round

POOL: Pool is open for the season, expected closing date late October depending on the weather.

We are always available should you need help during your stay. We do have local help available. You will never be without a resource for anything you should need.

This is a smoke free unit and we would appreciate it if no one smokes in the townhouse.

We are a dog friendly townhouse, maximum 2 dogs (let us know how big your dogs are). Sorry no Cats or Birds.

We absolutely loved everything about this place, the most fantastic amenities, every time I thought of something we needed - there it was. This is a great condo property and location. Probably the best Vrbo i have ever used. The space was extremely comfortable for 6 adults. We used it as our base location for Moab, Canyonlands, Arches and Dead Horse. Great communication with the owner and a great stay.

Great unit, very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need both inside and in the garage. Nicely decorated, very comfortable bedding and two king beds. We rented this unit because it was dog friendly and while we didn’t end up bringing our dogs, the blankets for the furniture, dog bowls and poop bags would have made for an enjoyable stay with our dogs.

We have been visiting the Moab area since 1982 specifically for its world class rock climbing and mountain biking but have come to love many other activities and pleasures that Moab has to offer. Many of our friends visit Moab on a regular basis just to relax, hike, photograph and explore Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park.

Why they chose this property

The property has some of the most beautiful unobstructed views in the area on a quiet corner and is within a five minute drive to the south end Moab and only a short distance to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park.

What makes this property unique

The town home is a great alternative to camping or staying in a hotel, providing all the amenities of our primary household and more while vacationing and spending time with friends.
