The roomy patio overlooks the adult lap pool area and the tennis courts and is complete with a gas grill.

Tired of getting splashed while sunbathing or swimming laps? The Sports Village Resort offers an adult-only lap pool for a nice quiet afternoon in the sun. The area has just been redone with all new showers, etc. Beautiful! Our condo is beautifully situated overlooking the quiet adult pool.
Two Levels - Think LOTS of SPACE! Our immaculately clean condo has two levels within the unit, providing lots of privacy and plenty of elbow room for everyone in your group. The bedrooms are located on the quiet upper floor. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD player, giving everyone lots of viewing options. This is so much better than a cramped hotel room!
Bikers' and Hikers' Heaven!: Only two blocks from our condo are many biking/hiking trails that go on for literally miles. It is perfect to live in such comfort only two blocks from adventure!

We had an excellent experience staying at this property with our family of 6. The owners were easy to work with and very helpful. The condo had everything we wanted or needed. Plenty of space very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with young children.

Very Helpful owner. Deposit returned timely. Reccommend this property to others. Zion Park Beautiful Lots of steps to upper level Condo. Condo is 2 levels also. Not good for someone with Disabilities.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

First, Sports Village is awesome. Yay! This particular property was beautiful and immaculately clean. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked (good knives, pans, even BBQ tools!) the patio was great and it had everything we could possibly imagine. I recommend it wholeheartedly -- with only the thought that, because it is so clean and immaculate, it might be a little stressful for families with rambunctious children. They have made it family friendly but it is still better suited to people who don't have to be reminded not to jump on the furniture. :). Also it sleeps eight but only four are in bedrooms. It wouldn't be great for eight adults who were looking for a little privacy. Also there were lots of stairs, which was fine for us but might not be for others. The communal areas were very big, great for gathering, and we enjoyed it. We used it as one of two units, with this one as the main eating/gathering area and it worked out great. Thanks!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family had such a great time staying in this condo. It was beautiful, very well taken care of and very homey. We will definitely stay here again. Nan was perfect to work with. It was very spacious, lots of amenities, and lots of activities for our kids. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come again. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Our deposit was returned so quickly. This was absolutely the best! What a great place! We went down over Thanksgiving weekend. Condo was clean and very livable. Full access to all Sports Village amenities. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very fresh and clean. And well decorated :) We used the Sports Village amenities with no issues. The adult hot tub/lap pool is right outside the unit. My security deposit was returned promptly. When we make our annual pilgrimage to St. George it is our intent to stay here again. Bottom line is that when you arrive you find that the unit is comfortable and that you are home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo was exceptional in appointments rarely realized in rented condos. It not only was accurately portrayed in it’s description, but it was welcoming in every way. The master bedroom was so roomy with a master bathroom worthy of being called so. It was such a delightful surprise to find LCD televisions with DVD players in all the rooms. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare shared meals with family and friends. The proximity of the condo to the pool and tennis courts was only mere steps away. The patio area was large and we enjoyed watching evening come our way in the perfect summer weather. Thank you for all the care that is evident in all of the condo that made our two week stay so much more special.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Excellent place to stay in St George. The condo is very nicely decorated and perfect for a couple, 2 couples or a family. 4 TV's in the place! Would definitely stay here again if we're in St George. About the owner: We have a large family--eight children! We are crazy busy, but love those brief but wonderful vacations we have together as a family. We only live a few hours away from St. George, Utah, which makes it a perfect location for our vacation home. Our condo is our family's 'happy place.' We hope that you enjoy your time in our condo as much as we do!
Why the Owner Chose St. George:
Our condo is a perfect home base for seeing all the beautiful sights in southern Utah. Within an hour's drive from our condo are national parks (Capitol Reef National Park, Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Kodachrome Basin State Park, Kolob Canyon in Zion National Park), and reservoirs for water sports. Lake Powell is only 90 miles away. The North Rim of the Grand Canyon is just a 3 hour drive.
St. George is a golfer's paradise, with an average of 300 days of sunshine every year and 13 beautiful golf courses to choose from.
Only 45 minutes from our condo, in Cedar City, Utah, is an annual Shakespeare Theater Festival that draws visitors from all across the mountain west. To catch a great professional show in St. George we highly recommend Tuacahn Outdoor Theater, just 15 minutes away.
St. George is home to 25 area public parks, great outlet shopping, quaint antique shops, historical homes open for touring, several movie theaters, and family entertainment options such as the Fiesta Fun-Family Center and the recently opened Rosenbruch World Wildlife Museum.
Right in the Sports Village Resort there are so many activities to keep you and your kids entertained, you may not ever venture beyond the resort. The clubhouse has so many fun things to do: air hockey, ping pong, foosball, pool, raquetball, mini-golf, lounge area with comfy couches and a large-screen TV.
