Fantastic Location!

This cabin has it all! The location is perfect - it's so serene and private. We rented in September and thoroughly enjoyed kayaking on the lake, the early morning call of the loons, and sitting by a nice little wood stove in the evening. I am not a camping or "cabin" type person and do not like "roughing" it. There was no need to here - beautiful, comfortable bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, wrap around porch - it is the best!

We highly recommend this rental as it was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in September, and it was still warm enough to enjoy kayaking on the lake. We wanted a rental to host our girls get a way weekend and this house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. There was plenty of room. It is located in a private area but is not too secluded. My number one concern when renting is cleanliness and this rental was spotless!

I stayed with a few friends in 2009. The place was beautiful, clean and it was on the lake where there were kayaks that we took out each morning with our coffee. The view from the water was spectacular. It was peaceful and quiet. It had everything you needed for a great time. I would go back in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

Dear cabin owners: We totally enjoyed our stay at your beautiful cabin. It was more than we could have ever expected. So private and quiet; we felt like we had dropped off the edge of the earth and landed in paradise. No neighbors, only moose and deer. The kayaks were a welcome surprise and we used them every day. I was surprised at how well stocked the place was. We wanted for nothing. There were puzzles and games to play, movies to watch, and even Direct TV. The kitchen was so perfect! Everything that we could have ever wanted was there, from the cork screw to the lobster pot. At night the loons were singing as we sat on the beach wrapped in blankets watching the shooting stars...it was magical. The cabin is spacious and comfortable, especially the beds! We were not expecting such a comfortable an relaxing place and were so pleasantly surprised. I loved that there was a washer and dryer...and even fishing rods! So glad and happy to see a gas grill. We used it often. You have thought of everything from satellite radio to scrabble. Your pictures do not do the place justice. My family enjoyed our annual reunion and you can be sure we will book our future reunions with you. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and have our privacy yet the main room of the cabin was perfect for when we all wanted to be together. At night we built a bonfire in your pit and sang songs, roasted marshmallows and gazed at the stars. I know that we all created memories that we hope to repeat next year. Thanks for allowing us to use your place, thanks for thinking of all our needs, and thanks for making your place so comfortable, cozy and enjoyable! Make sure you visit The Country Club Inn, the Loon Lodge, the Alpine Shop during your stay. Hike Bald Mountain, (easy), Saddleback (do the Appalachian Trail), and go swimming at Smalls Falls. This is the greatest cabin! We loved it and we'll be back!!! No complaints. AAAA++++ Four stars!
