CRESCENT HOUSE is a nearly brand new year-round cabin on Lake Crescent's sunny north shore, offering 1726 square feet of living space and a huge 512 square foot south facing deck with sleeping for up to ten guests. Crescent House has been a summer cabin and permanent home to our family ever since the 1930's. Crescent House had been a summer rental for the past 15 years until its condition warranted replacement; it is now available year-round. Returning guests will recognize that much from the old cabin has been reused. THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE CABIN!
Crescent House is at the end of a 400 foot driveway, sits 50 feet from the lake, and has a large flat lawn in front. There is ample parking for your boat trailer and several cars. Crescent House is located at the tip of the little end of the lake, offering warmer/calmer water, and has one of the most private settings on the lake. The 62 foot dock will accommodate your boat and there is lockable storage for your water toys.
Crescent House is 'ADA 'friendly'', with level access from the gravel driveway at the front door, lever style door handles, wide doors, and one living level. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a closet that can accommodate a crib for those wishing to retire early. 'Thuther' bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed. The master bath has a walk-in shower, the other a tub and shower. The deck features a covered gas BBQ and private hot tub.
'Twilight': Forks, Washington, the center of 'Twilight', is just one hour from Crescent House. Go back to Hwy. 101, turn right, enjoy the 12 mile drive around Lake Crescent, and then it's only 30 miles to Forks. Just before Forks, you will see the turn off to La Push.
Rates are for four guests. Additional guests are $30.00 per guest per night.
Refundable reservation deposit of $350.00 is due at booking. Converts to damage deposit upon arrival. Half of rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival. Balance of rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. Approved pets are $10.00 per pet per day.
