This place is so amazing, both inside and out. The house itself has so much space that even filled with 20 people you don't feel like you're constantly surrounded by everyone. Between the movie room that feels like a real theater, the pool table, a large dining area, the pool/hottub, and the large decks on each of the upper levels, there is plenty of place for everyone to have fun together inside the house at night or on a rainy day. Luckily during the week our extended family stayed here it rained very little so we were able to enjoy the beach to the fullest extent, and what a stretch of beach it is! The location is secluded enough that you feel like you have your own private section of beach, which is great for that full-family game of whiffleball or volleyball. Yet there are still enough people that go walking by that you can enjoy people-watching and/or socializing (we found most other people to be friendly) as well. The kitchen and two large dining tables were nice as well because we were able to take turns cooking each night rather than having the hassle of trying to find a restaurant that could accomodate all of us at once, especially with the varying ideas of what time dinner should be served amongst everyone.Did you find this review helpful? We stayed here for a week...it was the best vacation ever! Great valet service to meet us at the door and courteous service to handle our needs. Everyone had their own spacious room and bath which made our vacation far more pleasant. Super theater room with Netflex movies available...kids loved it. Large pool, heated so we could enjoy it. Hot tub very clean and pleasant temperature. Kitchen accommodated our large family easily with plenty of seating. We really enjoyed eating on top floor with the ocean in front of us! The most spectacular views of the beach....gorgeous sunset. Linens provided so we did not have to bring our own...such a time saver!! Great family home and we really enjoyed our stay...highly recommend. You will not regret staying here! We plan to return for another great time and wonderful memories with our family!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

My extended family rented this house in Sept. 2011. This home is everything they advertise and more. It is obvious that this home was build with care and love. The feeling is welcoming and inviting. The furniture is both beautiful and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool with young children along, there is also plenty of room for the adults. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a larger group, everyone was able to go to their own space. The bathrooms were beautiful, with plenty of room in all of them. The best part was dealing with the owner and the valet who welcomed us and was always availabe for any questions / problems. Everything was dealt with quickly and most importantly - pleasantly! We loved the location, privacy, but able to go places without a major trip. The beach was spacious, the views were awesome. We will be back!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

My husband and I plus our five children and their families stayed at this dream of a house last year (August 2010), a total of 12 adults and 13 children ages 0 (zero) to 15. It was the perfect vacation.and we are coming back this August (2011) The owner is super responsible, takes care of every detail; this makes the house be super clean and well-maintained. The pictures actually do not do justice to the place, even thought they are beautiful the reality is much better. The rooms are tastefully decorated and at the same time functional. This is one house where you feel that you really received your money's worth. The adults and the children all have a great time and the only sad day is the day when we say goodby. That is why I just reserved for 2012. We do not want to say Good By, we want to say: See you.... Pura Vida.!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.

Our children had a wonderful time here. The pool and the beach were their favorites again. On the day it rained, the kids watched Netflix movies in their very own theater. What a treat! Each room is very colorful and bright. The bunk rooms are perfect for small to large children (3 - 15). The beds are twin over full. My husband and I really enjoyed the views from all the decking areas. There is plenty of space for all to enjoy. Thank you Pura Vida -Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.
