Excellent location and accommodations. We couldn't ask for a cleaner, more comfortable place to stay. After a day of sight-seeing, this was a lovely, relaxing place to spend a restful night. Denise was tremendously helpful, answering all of our questions about not only the apartment, but also touring the area. We would love to stay there again anytime!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

My wife and I and another couple stayed in the apartment for a week while visiting many of the famous sights nearby. The little village of Wilderswil is a delightful place to enjoy Switzerland. The apartment was spacious, sqeeky clean with mountain and pasture views. The kitchen was spacious and contained more cooking tools than most homes. Our experience was excellent and we would happily rent it again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This property was the finest accomodation we experienced in Switzerland. It is extremely clean and spacious and very well furnished. It is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the trail station and served extremely well as a launching place each day for adventures in the Lauterbrunnen Valley and Interlaken. We had been disappointed with the poor beds and pillows in St. Mortiz and Zermatt but this disappointment changed to delight at this property where we finally got three good complete nights of sleep.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just completed a 7 day stay at this apartment. There were four adults in our party. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photographs. It is very well designed and put together. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The apartment is just minutes away from the Wilderswil train station and that made for easy transportation and access to the excellent Swiss trains. Denise was an excellent host and helped with area attractions and advise on how to get around. We would definitely recommend a stay here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our family (4 people, including a 3-month-old baby boy) spend 8 days here. It was a wonderful stay there. The room was newly decorated and both train station and grocery was very near, say about 3 min. walking distance. The view was wonderful as the flat just located under the Jungfraujoch. Interlaken is just 5 min ride by train, therefore the location of this apartment was fantastic.Owner Ms.Denis is very helpful in finding the way to the apartment and she even prepared a baby bathtub specially for my honey. We do believe we will come back to this lovely nest for holidays and highly recommend this apartment to the family with young kid.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Our family (2 adults, 2 boys 12 and 14) stayed in this apartment in August '12 and we were extremely happy with it. It is located in a quiet residential area, yet just minutes from a supermarket, train station, bank etc. Just outside of Interlaken it is a great base to explore the Berner Oberland. The apartment is extremely clean and well maintained, beautifully remodeled with all the amenities. We felt very comfortable and would have loved to stay longer. We highly recommend this apartment in Wilderwil.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

My husband and I met in Switzerland with our son and his girlfriend who have been traveling Europe. Denise's condo was the perfect place for us to kick back, relax and enjoy as much of the beautiful country as we wanted to. The location is a great middle ground for snow shoeing, sledding and skiing. I would recommend that you have a car because Wilderswil is kind of out in the middle of everything, it just made it much easier for us. Denise was out of town during our visit, but her friend Cindy met us and was wonderful. They are very organized and informative. I would highly recommend staying here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My husband, two children and I stayed here for six days/five nights in December 2011 and had a lovely time! We explored Bern, Spiez, Grindelwald, Mürren, Lauterbrunnen, Interlaken, etc., from this excellent home base. The apartment is a very short walk from the station where trains head to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and Interlaken Ost every hour. The grocery store is across the street from the train station. Denise is a gracious, thoughtful host and anticipated everything we might need. She was prompt with responses and offered helpful tips and great instructions. She even met us at the train station and helped with our luggage! The apartment itself is fantastic -- all modern amenities and plenty of space with wonderful views of the Alps. It is extremely clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
