This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom San Francisco-syle loft is located downstairs and is approximately 1,100 square ft. The residence has a slight industrial feel with a garage-style door that opens to a private patio featuring outdoor furniture and a gas barbeque. The unit is made to feel warm with cherry floors, and earth tone paints.
After a long hard work day or an evening of enjoying all the nightlife of the Gaslamp, turn off the lights, turn on the 42” flat screen TV and watch your favorite team on the ESPN sports package. When you're ready to call it a night you can look forward to crawling into the comfortable queen size bed that's in a large 12X18 bedroom.
For your enjoyment, we encourage you to “Go Green” and take one of our provided bicycles to The Children’s Museum, Seaport Village, The Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, The San Diego Bay, or the USS Midway.

We enjoyed the location as it was a very convenient walking distance from all the action in the gaslamp as well as the convention center. Ira is very good with any communications and offers his help in any way possible, he's great to book with. The main problem with this place was that it did not look much like these pictures make it look to be so it was a bit of a disappointment when we got there from the glam we were expecting...lol The furniture is arranged much differently and all the cute, nice features like the candles, decor, etc. were not there at all. I have no idea what happened to them. There were no curtains around the beds and that large clock above the tv (among other items) were stored behind that bar in a corner (bar stools were put by beds as night stands). There was no white chair with foot rest, no curtains in front of the sinks, nothing by or around the sinks period, paper thin curtains in front of the garage door with huge holes in them like something had gnawed through it, and two out of the four lights on the living room ceiling didn't work while one flickered like a hospital horror movie. The one twin bed with the nice black comforter and red pillow in the pic was actually a faded checkered blanket with no such pillow. There was no grill and the patio is half the size it was in this pic so there would not have even been room with the three chairs and table. There was also a broken beer bottle shoved behind the fridge and dirty q-tips under the couch cushions. They really need to get a better cleaning service here that isn't going to half-ass it! Also, they should add back all the ammenities they took out that were in these pictures that make it pop and rearrange the furniture to actually look like this! All in all, the place served it's purpose for a bunch of females who were attending conference and wanting to go out and about the town at night. I know if I had called the landlord I would have had issues resolved because of how helpful everyone was with booking. I would still recommend that you book this place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
