Relax in our wonderful 15th floor beach front, two bedroom, two bath, beautifully decorated condominium. The 1200 square foot floor plan, white sandy beaches and emerald waters will make your stay memorable. What sets these condominiums apart from others is the large, 28x10.5 bowed balcony (almost an additional 300 square feet!), and there’s brand new furniture out there in 2011, including a bar table with 2 chairs and 2 rockers. It’s like having a second living room with panoramic ocean views. BRING YOUR BINOCULARS AND WATCH THE DOLPHINS!
LIVING AREA: This unit is professionally decorated and comes with a new 42” Plasma screen TV in the living area, a new Blu-Ray DVD player for watching movies, and a Stereo/CD player for listening to music or CD's. There is a queen sleeper sofa plus a love seat, and additional storage underneath the coffee tables if needed. The main living spaces (Living, Kitchen and Dining) have been freshly painted and updated for your enjoyment. The living area overlooks the ocean and has a large sliding glass door that opens to the spacious balcony. For your convenience, there is free High Speed Wireless Internet access you can connect your laptop to. Don't want to bring your laptop? No worries, there is a computer available for your use FREE!
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: This unit comfortably sleeps six, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area. The Master bedroom has a NEW, 32' flat screen HDTV. The guest bedroom has a NEW 24' flat screen HDTV and its own private bath with marble vanities and full tub and shower as well as a hair dryer. The Master Bedroom over looks the ocean and has a large, private sliding glass door that opens to the huge, over sized balcony overlooking the water. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean!
KITCHEN AND DINING: The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, all small and large appliances, dinnerware and cooking utensils. Just bring the food! There’s also a full size washer and dryer in the unit. There is a dining area that seats 4, plus there’s an additional 3 stools at the kitchen bar.
AMENITIES and EXTRAS: The resort has two large pools (one indoor, one outdoor), hot tub, steam room, sauna, exercise room, 4 high speed elevators, a grilling area with 2 large BBQ grills and covered parking for guests. All linens and bath towels are included. All of these conveniences will help make your stay relaxing and carefree.
Lounge chair rentals are available on the beach for an additional cost.

My family and I really enjoyed the condo, the pictures do not so it justice. It had everything we needed and absolutely loved the balcony. Will definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We were thrilled with this vacation condo. The condo was very clean and had a wonderful view of the Gulf. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the large balcony. This was a wonderful place to vacation with another couple as it had two masters. The location was perfect ....near to the shops and restaurants but far enought away to have peace and quiet. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to my friends and family.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

My husband and I rented this condo for the whole week. My in-laws came up later in the week. We all loved this condo!!! It was very nice and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. Very relaxing trip overall. The best part was the jet ski tour to Shell Island - we got to swim with dolphins and get some amazing shells and sand dollars. The owner of this condo was awesome to work with. He contacted me back quickly with the questions I had for him. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends who are looking for a place to rent in Panama City Beach. It was beautiful and very nice. Our Condo made us feel at home and plan to book it again for next year. The view was breathtaking from our balcony and the pools were very nice too would suggest for anyone who has children and wanna feel like you are at home.
