This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with amazing oceanfront views is waiting for you- everything is new!!! Plenty of room for everyone- sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Step into the completely remodeled kitchen, complete with granite counters, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and comes stocked with all of the small appliances and utensils you will need. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen bar, with seating for 4, or head to the covered balcony and relax as the sun comes up. The open floor plan leads into the dining area, which is great for a meal or a fun game night. The living area has all NEW furniture, including a large flat screen TV mounted on the shiplap accent wall leading out onto the covered balcony. Whether you are watching movies, relaxing with a book or enjoying sunset cocktails, you and your guests have plenty of places to gather.

The Master bedroom has a king bed, amazing ocean view and its own flat screen TV. You have a bathroom as well, making this a true retreat of its own. The Guest room has a Queen bed AND bunk beds with Full Bed over Full Bed- room for everyone! There is another full bathroom as well. This unit includes all bath and bed linens and has a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience, as well as internet access throughout the condo.

Emerald Isle sits on the beautiful Panama City Beach, and has all sorts of amenities. Whether you want to hang out by the pool, relax in the hot tub, or start your day in the fitness center, you have something for everyone. Just steps from the white sand beach, you can spend your days swimming, shelling or just walking along the shore. Watersports are nearby, and you are just minutes from all of the fantastic shopping, dining and activities that PCB has to offer! The parking garage has a clearance of 7

Nice room, nice furniture, good kitchen equipment, we loved this room. The only negative we encountered was that when we first entered the room I noticed that my children's feet were very dirty, one of my children was wearing white socks and they became very dirty after the first hour of being in the room. We immediately contacted the manager, he said he would send someone to clean the room and no one ever came.

We love the Emerald Isle property. This condo was another great choice. Clean, updated and very comfortable. We loved the huge sectional, we had 7 guests and could all have a comfortable seat. Plenty of space for all to enjoy.

This condo was a perfect place.for our family get together. It was clean and comfy with all the ammenities we needed to have an enjoyable beachfront experience. View was amazing! Decor was very nice and large sectional in living room was perfect for everyone to lounge and relax indoors (although one dining chair was missing) It was also the perfect location...close to everything!

This place was very convenient to everything. The elevators were not bad due to it being off season. The unit is cute and perfect t for our group! The bathrooms were dated but the rest of the unit was nice! Love the big balcony! Great stay highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We love Emerald Isle, it's our favorite place to stay in PCB. This condo is beautifully decorated, clean and provided everything we needed. My only complaint would be that the Master Bed Matress was not very comfortable. Other than that everything was great.

Gorgeous view and beautiful condo!

Emerald Isle takes the safety and comfort and of their guests seriously. Elevators are clean and quick. Dalton who took care of the chairs on the beach was amazing! The views from the balcony were amazing. We saw dolphins daily from the balcony and beach.

Great Condo

This condo is in a great location on the west end of the beach. The balcony was amazing and the views are incredible. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. The building is extremely well maintained and the covered parking was very convenient and easy to find a spot. There are four elevators so we never had to wait. Highly recommend this unit and location.

Feels like our home away from home

Our family has stayed at this property every year for well over 10 years. It truly feels like our home away from home. This was our first time renting this particular unit and it definitely won’t be our last. This unit was very clean and well furnished. It was absolutely perfect for our family.
