  My husband and I stayed at this wonderful little place April 13-18 2013. I have family that live in the Ruskin/Apollo Beach area and have been to Little Harbor many times to visit the Tiki bar and have always wanted to stay in one of the units here. This was perfect for the two of us and very reasonable cost wise. It is a very clean and comfortable and the sunsets truly are amazing. The location I think is great, not only do you have the little beach there but it is only 40 - 1 hour from Anna Maria Island and if you feel like venturing out to eat there are getting little spots within 10-15 minutes, they also have a cute little shop right up the corner by the Sunset Grill that you could pick up some supplies. I can't remember the very nice lady who runs the shops name but she was just so sweet. Thanks Jen and Kirk for letting us stay at your place we enjoyed it very much and will pass on the word. I hope we can stay again soon. Judy.

  This is a wonderful condo in a location that work perfect for our stay. Owners were great to work with and communicated well when I had questions. A note to potential guests, this place is a bit small which was no problem for us but something to keep in mind if you are considering. I would definitely stay again if I was visiting this area. The place is well kept and clean, and decorated nicely. There are some good places to eat, a great view and a nice beach, not to mention the tennis courts, fishing pier, and swimming pool. Thanks for providing a great place to stay.

  This studio condo was exactly what was described, and just right for the 2 of us. It was clean and ready for our arrival. Jen was very helpful and understanding in our situation. We loved mountain biking at nearby Alafia River State Park and Balm Boyette. We found time to take in the Dali Museum and the Fine Arts Museum in St. Petes as well. It's very accessible going south from Ruskin-we were happy to avoid Tampa traffic. We also enjoyed the food and the live bands at the Sunset Grill. I would recommend this to others.

  Quiet, low profile destination. Everything we wanted was here ! We have already talked about returning in the future, but next time during the summer months. Ruskin doesn't offer any type of entertainment, so you are left with the drive to St.Petersburg or maybe Apollo Beach. The restaurant and grille/tiki bar were decent, although I will say the citrus mango chicken sandwich was the best I have ever had ! Waiter/waitress service was good. Beach was fine, but more chairs (and newer) are needed. Overall we were pleased with our selection. Our room was comfortable and clean, no problems. Price was very good, just wish we could have stayed longer

  This tiny, well appointed efficiency has a great view. The unit is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay at Little Harbor Resort. We stayed for two weeks and saw dolphins in the waterway behind the unit, eagles perched high up in their nests on the property and cruise ships in the bay almost daily. The restaurant is just a short walk from the unit and there is a band several nights a week. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting an affordable place to stay with an ocean view.

  We stayed in this condo for 2 months, while waiting for our house to close. It was a beautiful little place clean and decorated lovely. The owners where so nice. They went out of their way, to make sure I had what I needed to work from home, and even let us have our Golden Retriever stay as well.

  Everything was completely as shown. Jen was excellent to work with and very accommodating with our special request for check-in flexiblity and very patient with our many questions? We were there during TS Isaac and Jen even touched base with us about bringing in patio furniture and a possible threat of flooding. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The view from the front patio is fantastic! Amazing sunsets and watching the locals fish from the dock in the morning was very cool! Didn't eat out much as the room had everything we needed to eat-in most days. Did try the local favorite, The Fish House and we were pleasantly surprised. Live band at the Tiki bar on the weekend was a great way to stay close to home AND have a 'night out'. Only recommendation we would have would be fabric softener for the wonderful guest robes. Nice touch, but they were kind of rough on our sun kissed skin ;) Thanks Jen, we'll definitely be back

  Although I live in Ruskin ( not far from Little Harbor) I needed this time to get away. This is the perfect location to visit and relax. The sunsets are amazing! It is centrally located to all the major theme parks and sporting activities. Whether you want to just louge by the pool or go play in the sand, Little Harbor has something for everyone. The room was clean, attractive and well maintained. Stocked with towels, extra sheets, and robes. The owners, Jennifer & Kurt, are welcoming and just a phone call away if you have any questions. Thank you both!

  We never go anywhere. We just don't have much disposable income for travel and vacations. But for celebrating 25 years of marriage, we were determined to mark it somehow. We took advantage of the off season rates and managed a two-night getaway, gas, meals and The Dali Museum in Tampa for about $500.00! The condo was exactly like its described with the added bonus of a sturdy table and chairs outside on which to dine, read and linger. Many nice touches include a movie collection, ice cream treats, a laundry basket, plenty of extra large towels, terricloth robes, paper towels, coffee machine pouches with all types of sweeteners, and immediate access to a channel, swimming pools and Tampa Bay. All in all a perfect place to veg out, reconnect, sun bathe and catch your breathe. HIGHLY recommend and plan to return.
