The Tides Beach Club is a premier gated community directly on the Gulf of Mexico featuring 3 heated pools and spas with lush tropical landscaping. The Tides property includes a quarter mile of private and impeccably manicured white sandy beach. Our condo is adjacent to the incredible clubhouse which has a fitness center, game room, billiards room, big screen TV, meeting room and library.
This highly desirable, two bedroom, two bath Condo is now available for vacation rentals!
It has a fifth floor, direct Gulf front location with a spectacular view through the floor to ceiling windows of the beach and the sparkling waters of the ocean. It features a master bedroom, a guest bedroom and a convertible sofa bed.
The private balcony provides the perfect viewing point for magnificent sunsets and breathtaking views of the pristine, white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
The master suite has a king size bed, walk in closet, bathroom with double sinks and a seperate walk in shower. 32'HD flat screen TV is mounted with cable and a Blu-ray player. The master bedroom has direct access to the balcony.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds, 32'mounted HD flat screen TV with cable and Blu-ray player, and a large closet. There is a trundle bed under each twin bed that when pulled out would be suitable for children.
The living room has a convertible queen sofa bed. 40'HD flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Access to the balcony is also from the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven/stove and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining room includes seating for 8.
Additional Amenities
The condo includes a washer / dryer unit, high speed wireless internet, a sprinkler system throughout and private security codes for access to the property, building and unit. Our storage area includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, fishing poles and equipment, coolers, inflatable rafts and noodles for fun in the ocean.
Enjoy grilling outdoors around the heated pool. There is both a gas grill and a charcoal grill.
