We stayed in this cabin with one other couple for a extended weekend. There was enough room to get together during meal time, and large enough to have your own space. We really enjoyed your hot tub....it was huge! The decks were extra large to sit and listen to all the nature sounds. I liked the wooden porch swing. Thank you for opening up Goldilocks to us!

I spent my 40th b'day at your cabin and it was a wonderful experience. We were there in the last week of July. Thank you so much for all the lovely touches in the cabin. The pix don't do it justice. My parents who had joined us walked around admiring every little thing inside. For my boys the highlight was the fabulous hot tub and the pool table. They really just wanted to hang out at the cabin and not go any where else! We enjoyed reading the comments left by other guests in your journal and regret we had no room to leave you a little hand written note of thanks.

don't let the little/few guest comments hold you back from reserving this wonderful cabin. Many of our guests sign the hard copy guestbook which resides in the cabin and each one is filled with special memorable writings which bring a special tear when we think of the value in providing a place for a vacation in our home. We think the name of Goldilocks Haven is fitting as it is "Just Right" all year through. Give us a call.

was here 6 26 06 thu 7 1 06 loved every min of our stay was nice walking n very comfy beads cooked out on deck every nite n soaked in the hot tub before bed seen a bear right out side the kitchen window when we say we tayed in the moutain i mean we was way up in the mountain lol

My family and I spent our Thanksgiving at Goldilock's Haven in 2005. The cabin is beautiful and the remodeling that has been done looked wonderful. We have rented condos and cabins for our vacations for tha last 20 years and this is the best equipped one we have ever seen. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving Feast the best one ever. The view of the Sky Tram was a hit for the whole group. We had children ranging from 12 to 2 and everyone had a great time. If you are looking for a relaxing family vacation spot, this is it!!!!! We will be back again soon.

Owners comment: We are the new owners of GOLDILOCKS HAVEN and have made several changes to this chalet which was formerly known as Cedar Ski. We encourage you to make comments about your stay, but also about the VRBO web site as we rent this chalet out for all seasons. You'll notice pictures of our place on goldilockshaven dot com. The pictures on the web site are a little dark, but don't let this hold you back from the hospitality and warmth the Smoky Mountains has to offer. We are planning to brighten the main rooms with paint and new carpet. Please try our place. We think you'll find that it's "JUST RIGHT." We like repeat guests. Come for the week or just the weekend.
