Top-floor unit in the completely quiet and relaxing resort atmosphere with 1100 acres featuring 225-slip marina, two championship golf courses (for the golf lovers), tennis courts, pools, and more!
The Nicklaus Design Course at Bay Point Marriott will be the only Nicklaus Design in Northwest Florida. This par 71 design features spectacular views of Grand Lagoon and an enjoyable golf experience that will challenge every player type.
Condominium features one bedroom with a king size COMFY bed, a 25-inch TV, and a lot of closet space. A vanity room is located just off of the bedroom and gives access to the hallway bathroom with a full-sized shower. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessities including dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, pantry (including the washer/dryer area), and all cookware and utensils. The cozy, comfortable den has a fantastic big-screen television with DVD and surround sound. The sun room walks off of the den as well as the bedroom and overlooks the fantastic bay! Sundown is just amazing!
