Ocean & Large Pool Facing Beautiful Condo on 3rd floor with same floor parking

This unit is in Shores of Panama Resort, beach front unit on 3rd Floor. Easy to walk up stairs and no need to wait for elevators. Reserved parking spot on same floor and very close to the unit. Fitness Center, Trash Chute, Elevators and Stairs are right next to the unit. Must be 25 yr old to rent. Unit comfortably accommodates 4 adults (bedroom + 2 additional twin beds in living area) and 2 kids (Bunk Bed) in separate room. Unit has Washer/Dryer, Cooktop, Refrigerator, Oven, Dishwasher and all the utensils . Bring your favorite Kcups for Coffee in the morning while sitting on Patio overlooking the pool and ocean.
There is additional $85 Resort Fee (For Wrist bands and Parking Pass) to be paid on arrival (not included in your payment). If you want, we can buy that in advance and make that available in the unit. Details for buying the registration packet will be included in check in instructions sent prior to check in.

My overall impression of this condo is poor. The pool area is very good. Construction was going on just outside our condo door. They were doing pressure washing right outside our door. When finished there was standing water in the hallway that we had to go through to access parking, etc. The condo was in poor condition, old and outdated. It was not clean!

Perfect location being on the 3rd floor - easy access to the pool area and parking was in the same floor . The owner was very helpful and sent us a list of places to visit and eat . Place was very clean and beds very comfortable.

We had no problem renting this unit this unit was perfectly located it was on the 3rd right next to the elevator and the parking garage great view of the pool and the ocean absolutely loved it I will definitely Actually I'm already booking it for a week in October.

Great week for spring break!!!

My family came down for my son’s senior high school spring break. We had a great time. This until fit our needs perfectly. Very clean. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions, which were very few since everything was laid out well. Great location on third floor. (Didn’t have to always wait for elevators). I highly recommend this stay!!

Great place to stay

I had an overall wonderful experience. The host was easy to get ahold of, great location, beautiful view. Only issue I had was at night the air would go into sleep mode and go back to 76 degrees. Was not a huge deal at all. I'm sure if I would have messaged the host he would have fixed it but it was not a huge deal.

Third floor corner unit. Clean and very well stocked- from extra bath towels, beach gear and beach towels. Communication was great. Being on the third floor, you can skip the elevators. Will be back to stay here again.

Great communication, had it done for us early as we were coming from 16 hours away, games in unit, loved that it had 2 roll away beds! Lots of extra blankets and towels which was great, communication was excellent highly recommend!

Hospitality at it’s finest!

I cannot speak highly enough on how hospitable Rahul and his wife were for our stay! I’ve used VRBO for years and have never had an owner put so much thought into ensuring a wonderful experience for our family; the condo had everything we needed for the beach, they provided a list of restaurant recommendations and why they loved them. Amazing

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! We have been to PCB a couple of times before and this stay was better by far! The location is amazing for dining, shopping, excursions, etc. Our host was extremely attentive and checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was going well. He even left is a snack basket and bottle of wine, great surprise! At the condo there were also chairs, umbrellas, and tons of toys for the beach. So handy! We will definitely stay here again, thank you Rahul!

A Hidden Gem!

This condo is truly special! It's very nice, has plenty of space, and has all the amenities you may need! Rahul is very attentive and checks in on you via text; if you need anything, he is very quick to respond. We plan to visit again next year...so let's all leave it better than we found it for the growing fan club on here:) See you next year, Rahul!

A little bit of paradise

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. It has everything and I do mean everything you need, from chairs, to beach towels, and toys for the kids or the ones that are kids at heart. I like that the parking is reserved, that way you always know you have a parking place. Simple walk from the vehicle to the room. It’s in a great location that you walk out the door and straight to the elevator or stairs and down to the ground floor and out to the beautiful pools and magnificent beach. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony, the view you have through the palm trees and out to the ocean is beyond words. We plan on renting again during the summer.

Location!!

This condo was located on the perfect floor! Beautiful views of the pool & beach. Directions & information provided was easy to follow. There is a reserved spot on the same floor and it is SO convenient! Quick walk down the stairs to the pool/beach….no need to deal with the long waits of the elevators. We never had to use them. The condo was clean and equipped with all you needed. Beach toys, chairs, and umbrella were an added plus. Rahul was quick to answer any questions and even checked in mid stay. Highly recommend!!

Loud disruptive construction 3 out of 6 days of our stay

When we arrived on Friday afternoon there was a loud agitating grinding noise coming from the floor above us. There was lots of water pouring from the walkway above so we assumed it was just from pressure washing. It was silent Saturday and Sunday, however at 8 am Monday morning the noise returned. I walked down to the front desk to make a noise complaint and ask for it to stop so we could sleep. That's when I was then informed there was construction going on along the outside wall of the elevator shaft and our host should have informed us prior to the stay. We were in-fact not informed and when asked, the host stated he was unaware of any further construction to the building. We all found this extremely hard to believe considering the construction was on the elevator shaft. The noise continued from 8am to 5pm for the last 3 days of our stay, making it impossible to sleep. It was so loud the TV had to be turned to almost full volume just to hear it. We could not escape the noise. It disturbed us all day whether we were in the condo, by pool, or out on the beach. We even returned to our condo one day and found an employee pressure washing outside our door and when we walked in there was a huge puddle of water inside for us to clean up. Overall we were quite disappointed by our stay at this property. Aside from the constant noise disturbing us, we all left the property sick and congested from all the dust particles floating around from the construction.

The location of the room was amazing, same floor parking, elevator right across the condo was perfect for us. The balcony overlooks the pool, which with kids wanting to have some independence was great. The condo itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The Host is very responsive and kind. We will definitely book with him again for the future!
