  • Loved our Time in Montauk!

"Perfect house for our family, which included a newborn, 5 adults, and a golden retriever. Great location as it's very secluded on a dead end street surrounded by trees in the very desirable Ditch Plains neighborhood and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. House had all the necessary amenities we would need including sheets, towels, WiFi, Cable, washer/dryer etc. and impressed by the quality. Needing to access the downstairs bedroom from outside was not a big deal at all, although we would not recommend it for young children. If you are looking for brand new, high end accommodations, this houses isn't for you, nor are they common for Montauk. Our golden retriever loved spending time in the big yard and swimming in the ocean and thrilled we were able to bring her along. Grilled out about every night and watched the sunset from the deck. The owner, Chris, was far from intrusive as another review mentioned, but did check in with us once to ensure there were no problems with our stay and was responsive over emails to a few minor questions we had. Definitely would rent again if we make it back to Montauk."

  • Long Island at its finest

"This home is a diamond. Montauk has become incredibly popular over the last few years. We have stayed in this house 3 times now. It is architecturally stunning, has incredible water views, enjoys cool breezes in the evening (and few mosquitoes), and is on a landscaped large plot with pool and gardens. The layout is ideal for family living and the owners have flawless taste. We travel all over the world but love Montauk for its more relaxed way of life, big ocean, gorgeous beaches and nature trails. There is national parkland 5 minutes walk from the house. It really is heaven on earth. I hope to return again soon."

  • beautiful house; delightful owner

"I stayed at this house with my husband, toddler and infant for a week in June. It was totally perfect for us. The house feels very secluded and has a large yard for the toddler to run around in, as well as a bunch of toys on the property for him to play with. It strikes the perfect balance between being beautiful, but livable - it's white and airy, but not stuffy in the slightest. The deck is so, so lovely - the pics don't really do it justice. The only challenge we had (for travelers with still-napping kids) is that the upstairs bedrooms stay pretty bright while the sun is out - may bring a dark shade with us next time, if we're lucky enough to return. The owner is friendly and easy to deal with. I hope we get to stay here again in future years!!"

  • Perfect for a group!

"I planned a girls trip to Montauk and this house was perfect! Great kitchen space, plenty of bathrooms, and a hot tub! The house seems clean and new - barely lived in, and the rooms/beds are super nice. I will say that the living room wasn't super cozy or spacious for families who want to relax, watch movies, etc - but that was not on our agenda anyways. I would highly recommend this house or stay here again! It's a GREAT location - close to town and the beach. Candice was super accommodating and communicative though the entire process. 5 Stars!"
