  • This is a really nice property with all you need for a quiet get away, just a short walk to beach

"My wife and I had a really nice stay with our son his wife and our grandson. We travelled from the UK to meet with our son and his family who live in Queens USA. The property had all we needed for a quiet get away. The beach is just a sort walk away and very quiet with safe swimming in the bay. There are many small attractive villages to visit and a number of vineyards but a car is essential. Larry the owner was easy to deal with and provided all the information we needed. The property was neat tidy and homely and met all our expectations from the description provided."

  • Bernice G.

"I invited two of my children and three grandchildren to join me this year in East Hampton. I'd owned my own home in this lovely hamlet for many years and nostalgia always brings me back. However, this was different from other lovely homes I've rented previously, no matter how posh, because of the incredibly beautiful landscape that surrounds the shingled farmhouse. Unless you personally experience having breakfast under the loggia, or be charmed visually by the multitude of blooming grape myrtle trees and walk serpentine pathways to find imaginative bird houses on unexpected perches, you cannot really imagine the gardens. At night the the landscape turns magical as there is lighting that is truly creative and awesome. Of course I rate this entire experience as Excellent and recommend it to all who enjoy such luxury."

  • Beautifully decorated waterfront house w/ deck

"Wonderful Hamptons getaway, just a stone's throw from a private beach, with a stunning Japanese garden in the front, wood burning fireplace, and relaxing deck with views of the water out back. Very beautifully decorated inside and out, comfortable furniture and an long dining table flooded with a natural light through large windows that overlook the water. Close to wineries, restaurants ,and Morton wildlife sanctuary (where the birds literally eat from your hands). Roberta is a fantastic host, knows the area well. she has great taste in interior decorating and if you like coffee, the house is stocked with a coffee machine, an espresso machine, a stove top moka express AND a french press! Take your pick, and enjoy a cup on the deck in the morning!"
