Winter Park Retreat is a spectacular 4100 square feet, 5 bedroom plus office, living room, family room, 3.5 bath, 5 car garage home, which is newly renovated and offers the best of everything. Built on a hillside in The Enclave at Winter Park Ranch, a small private development of 6 homes/lots, it has fabulous views of the continental divide, Byers peak, and the Winter Park and Mary Jane ski area from every room in the house. It is located 1 mile off route 40, 6 miles from the ski area on 1.2 acres in a very private setting.
The home has a master bedroom with a king bed, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and 2 bedrooms with a bunk bed and a twin bed with pull out trundle bed in each. The family room also has a pull-out sofa sleeper. The living room has a gas fireplace and there is a large 6 person hot tub on the deck under the stars to relax in after a day of skiing. There are also covered decks outside the kitchen/office area and master bedroom.
Perfect for sharing with a large extended family, 2 or 3 families or 5 to 6 couples. The home includes a 52 in. high definition LCD TV in the family room, a 32 in. flat screen LCD TV in the MBR, and a 27 in. digital TV in the living room, 2 with DVD players and all hooked up to cable TV. Bring your favorite CDs or iPOD player to play your music over built-in stereo speakers located throughout most rooms of the house. Continue to get work done (if you must!) in the spacious office with built in desk, while (occasionally) glancing at the mountains. The home has high-speed wireless internet throughout.
The kitchen has Dacor stoves including a 5 position gas stove-top, service for 24, and a super-quiet dishwasher. The dining room table seats 8 without and 12 with folding chairs and there are 4 stools for eating at the kitchen counter. The pantry is spacious and includes a washer and dryer.
