  • Grad Family Bash

"We had our family gathering from all across the U.S. to celebrate our son's graduation from ASU. The house slept nine comfortably, beds were great, bedrooms private. We entertained many family and friends over five days and had a blast. Mostly cooked in, kitchen had all needed amenities and comfortable to work in. Owner was amazingly accommodating which made our stay even more enjoyable. Great place, great location, great stay!"

  • Wonderful condo

"We spent the month of February in this condo and loved it. From the great location, to the pool right outside the condo, it was great. The place was very clean when we arrived and when we needed something done, it was taken care of within 24 hours. The condo has a great kitchen with newer appliances. We highly recommend this condo!"

  • Great Stay

"We enjoyed our stay at the Lazy River it's super clean and Dan added some nice touches like bottled water and lots of towels. We stayed here as we were dropping off our daughter at ASU 10 minutes to campus and we had lots of room to stretch out."

  • The best summer I have ever had

"I stayed at this home for two months for an internship in Phoenix. I shared the residence with 3 other interns. As college students, we could not have asked for a more convenient, luxurious, and comfortable home. The house was squeaky clean upon our arrival and Shirley and Pete were nice enough to pick us up from the airport and show us around Tempe, as we were all foreign to Arizona. They were more than accommodating with all of our needs - they even replaced the stove midway through our stay and came over to fix any appliances. The house was abundant with every household item, kitchen appliance, tool, linens, towels, etc. you can conceive. I honestly cannot think of something that was missing in this house. They provided four bikes (even a tandem bike!) in the garage that we used to bike downtown. The pool area was definitely the highlight of our stay. We were able to hang out in the pool and watch TV as they have two TVs conveniently set up on the pool deck. We thank Shirley and Pete for trusting us with their beautiful home and would definitely recommend it to ANYONE looking to stay within walking distance from ASU and several other attractions in the valley. If you don't have a car, it's not a problem, as downtown is within walking distance and "Uber" rides are very active in the young, college area. As a cherry on top, Shirley and Pete left us a bottle of wine at our arrival :) -- it's little things like these that make the biggest difference. They made us feel at home, and over the two months, their home created a bond with a group of people with memories to last a lifetime. Truly, it was sad to leave this home...but it definitely made me fall in love with the desert and looking forward to visiting again soon. Anyone who stays at this residence WILL NOT be disappointed!"
