"Came down for a long weekend and my little brothers bachelor party. Couldn't have stumbled into a better situation. Super comfy beds and plenty of room for over 10 of us. Pictures don't really do it justice, huge entertainment area with a pool table and a nice new big flat screen for watching the Sunday games. The back yard was spacious, plenty of outdoor seating, nice outdoor stereo, swimming pool with a diving board and a hot tub. Was perfect for the 80 plus degrees it was during the day. Tom was super easy to work with, gave us the whole run down on the house and the local area and even drove us to the grocery store to get supplies for the weekend. Plenty of parking for four vehicles but was not needed as the house is in easy walking distance or cheap uber ride to Mill ave. and campus with plenty of restaurants and nightlife. Easy walking distance to Tempe Beach Park where we were seeing a concert. All in all a great experience. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to Friends. If you book this place you will not regret it!"

"Had a family reunion in Arizona, and this place was great for us out-of-towners to stay. Stayed there with my two small children, in-laws, and grandmother. There was plenty of room, the house is huge! Very clean and well-kept. Upstairs had a large master bedroom and ensuite bath, plus two other bedrooms with big beds and another bathroom. Downstairs was great for gathering. Living room with giant flat screen tv and satellite. Tons of books. Kitchen had big window overlooking lake, nice for preparing food. Dishwasher, laundry, everything you need. There is a great outdoor patio with BBQ and access to the lake, small pontune boat that Walt lets you use. We took advantage of the clubhouse while there, too. Huge swimming pool and nice shaded playground for kids. Location is close driving distance to everything. Grocery, restaurants, malls all just a few minutes away. Parking is easy. It's great that this property is owner operated. Walt made the stay feel more personable, like it was someone's home. In my experience, the management-operated vacation rentals on VRBO lack hospitality and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this place for any kind of reunion, get-together - family or friends."

"Comfortable, clean, cozy and convenient. My family enjoyed the pool, patio and serenity of this condo. The only thing preventing this from 5 stars was events that are hard to anticipate. The cleaning crew turned the AC off prior to arrival, and the water heater failed. Both issues were addressed immediately by Charlie Romero. We will be back."

"The Dalys' condo was a great homebase from which to explore the Valley of the Sun during an extended visit. So nice to have some room to spread out, a full-size frig and 'furnished' kitchen. I traveled with Mom and we were both very happy with how clean the place was. It was also located in an area where we felt comfortable walking about. There were several unexpected touches we appreciated (e.g. small insulated cooler we used on road trips, 3 bathrooms, coffee grinder, extra light bulbs) and even some nice touches we didn't use (e.g. wine cooler that holds 10+ bottles, 2 area pools & saunas). We had a 4-day conference in Paradise Valley which entailed an easy 20 minute ride (via 101), then had plenty to do exploring other towns in the immediate area (Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, as well as Phoenix) as well as the Apache Trail.
As other reviewers have noticed, the garage is a VERY tight fit, due to the narrow area available for turning in. We had a Toyota Camry.
And I appreciate that the property & the costs were as advertised. Thanks Dalys!"
