Closed residence with swimming pool and view over the bay of Calvi; collective parking, tennis, children's play area, mini-golf, boules and table tennis. The apartment comprises entrance hall, living room, small kitchen, two bedrooms, terrace. Calvi - St Catherine Airport 8 km. Calvi with its port, train station, pedestrian street and shops at 8 km. In 5 minutes by car to Pain de Sucre beach; the beaches of Calvi, Marina de St. Ambroggio, Algajola, Giunchetu, Bodri, Ile Rousse, Lozari in 30 minutes by car maximum.
