Farmhouse from the 1600s, former home of the Terrerosse Farm.

A careful and loving restoration will allow you to enjoy a warm fireplace for the winter evenings and a splendid gazebo immersed in a large and well-kept garden for the summer ones, all close to the sea.
This house was made with love to be inhabited, so it has been for 8 years then we decided to move and now we want other people to enjoy this corner of paradise.
You will fall in love with all that this house and our area can offer you, excellent food, culture, sea, fun but also relaxation.
If you are a family, you can enjoy theme parks of all kinds and tastes.
Restaurants for every budget and of all kinds will wait for you to savor their delicacies. We have discounts with several restaurants and beaches.
Our house is located inside a property where there is also an old farmhouse that is always rented but only in the summer with which you share an 8x4m swimming pool.
Each house has its own spaces and privacy.

Amazing Tuscan Villa

Carlotta was frequently in contact prior to arrive, met us with wine & cake to acquaint us with the home & area. It was a short drive to the nearby village with lots of dining choices, or to the coast in Rimini. The villa was spotless, & well equipped to make us feel right at home. The fireplace was a welcome plus on the chilly nights. We stayed in 4 homes on this trip but this was the highlight. We highly recommend & hope to return soon.
