The owner, Matteo was very courteous, helpful and accommodating. He was waiting for us with a smile as we arrived and graciously offered and took us to the train station. The unit was as described, clean and spacious. The best feature of this property was its location in the heart of Cattolica, steps from the beach. I definitely recommend staying here.

Hello Saeed, Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review and for taking the time to share your experience! You were actually my very first American guest, so hosting you made the stay extra special for me! I am thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the apartment, its central location, and the proximity to the beach. My wife will be especially happy to read your compliments about the cleanliness — we take great pride in making sure everything is spotless for our guests. Ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay is always our top priority, so I am glad I could also help make your travel a bit smoother with the train station ride. Thank you again for the warm recommendation. You have officially set the bar very high for all future guests from the US! It would be a true pleasure to welcome you back anytime. Best Regards from Cattolica, Matteo "La Rosa dei Venti" Apartments and Holiday Homes in Cattolica (Rimini - Adriatic Coast)
