Character villa 8 to 15 p, 15 mn from Paris - 350 m2

I had the absolute pleasure of hosting Daniel and his family during their stay, and I couldn't have asked for better guests. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they were the kind of guests every host dreams of hosting.

We were delighted to welcome your group of 3 families (6 adults, 9 children) following your last minute reservation. The house was returned in fair condition. Communication was smooth with the whole group and I regret that you did not tell us that you wanted to play ball games as there are 3 playgrounds and soccer fields 200m (220 yd), 300m (330 yd) and 900m (980yd) near the villa. The garden (1350 m2, 14,500 ft2) is relatively large for a townhouse close to Paris; however, the garden does not allow ball games (it is moreover indicated on the website that they are not authorized), in particular because of the numerous flower beds. The fact that the cottage house is occasionally inhabited allows us to be of service and intervene if you need any help with the house equipment, reservations, taxis, parking suggestions, etc... I regret that you did not take the time to inform us of the lack of space to hang clothes that we could have remedied: there is, however, an empty wardrobe in 6 bedrooms. The presence of personal effects in the dressing room of the parental suite probably bothered you; this 7th bedroom is a master suite with a walk-in closet with 7 m (21 feet) of linear wardrobe and we actually occupy 4 m (12 feet) of linear with personal effects; there is therefore 3 m of linear wardrobe (9 feet) available. Ditto for the shelves with a total of 20 shelves of 70 cm wide on average and the 10 drawers of 70 cm (2.3 ft) wide where indeed only 30 to 40% of the space is available for the couple occupying the parental suite. This hot summer period, post-COVID, has been ripe for some unusual nighttime parties in the neighborhood that we have also seen and regret. Sleeping with the windows open at night must also have accentuated the neighborhood nighttime nuisance and we apologize for any inconvenience. We will try to improve all these details if you have the opportunity to come back to La Celle Saint Cloud next time and we appreciate your feedback in order to help us always improve the quality of our service.

Michelle, I am flattered that a kind professor 27 years old aged, accompanying a group of 12 students at the American School of Paris (Lycée), probably not all of them, deigned to give me a 2-star rating. At your age, you are probably used to frequenting only 5-star luxury hotels around the world with bathrooms that mix toilet odors. And as the criticism seems easier to spread than praise, you have probably forgotten that personal effects in my house are not prohibited in Airbnb policy. How can you not doubt your integrity when reading your comment on bedding and towels? Why not tell us about it during your stay: All the sheets and bedding are between 6 and 18 months old, the mattresses all have a standard of comfort worthy of the biggest 4 and 5 star hotels (30 to 35 cm thick for the mattresses), the sheets all bear the claw of great designers: Kenzo, Ralph Lauren, Yves Delorme, Oliver Desforges, ... The kitchen cannot actually seat seated at most 6 people and not 14 people as you indicate. The kitchen is intended more for cooking and the living room for taking meals, a room which is equipped to accommodate 14 people.  I am not in the habit of claiming the payment of degradations to tenants that they would not have committed. Can you explain to me why you left very early in the morning in order to avoid the check-out procedure to which I called you the day before? Is it me who is dishonest to ask you to replace a designer and certainly expensive bathroom trash in the amount of $ 388 or you, who leave the premises discreetly without saying goodbye and satisfying the checkout procedure that not one of my tenants has yet sought to escape? it's not my standard behavior de taire. My "standard behavior" is not to turn a blind eye to such arrogance; I am worried about the parents and your school in Austin who have entrusted you with the responsibility of young minors in view of the total lack of morality and loyalty which you demonstrate

It was a pleasure to receive Geoffrey and his family for this stay in La Celle Saint Cloud. They were wonderfully pleasant, friendly hosts with whom we would have liked to spend much more time. They are welcome for a future stay.

Luca's group of 12 people was very pleasant to receive, with very enriching exchanges. The location of the villa was fully appreciated to come and enjoy the most beautiful golf courses in the Paris region in August. A group that I recommend. Il gruppo di 12 persone di Luca è stato molto piacevole da ricevere, con scambi molto arricchenti. La posizione della villa è stata pienamente apprezzata per venire a godere dei più bei campi da golf della zona di Parigi in agosto. Un gruppo che raccomanderei.

Ce fut un plaisir d'accueillir un groupe de jeunes entrepreneurs, Ugo, Thibault, Margaux et leur équipe pour un séminaire. Un groupe sérieux, dynamique plein de vitalité et de bonne humeur avec lequel c'était un vrai enrichissement à échanger pendant une partie de leur séjour. Un groupe que je recommande vivement.

C'était un plaisir d'accueillir pour un anniversaire en toute intimité, Evelyne, Jean-Louis avec leurs enfants et leurs petits-enfants. Affables, aimables, attentionnés, le groupe nous a rendu la villa dans un parfait état. Je recommande vivement Evelyne et Jean-Louis

Paul nous a rendu visite avec un groupe de 15 personnes dont 5 enfants. Toutes les personnes ont été très à l'écoute, à la fois discrètes, aimables et très agréables.
