18 th century Cottage house close to the beach

This beautiful 18 th century house entirely renovated with taste is ideal for a family to spend a nice holiday at the water's edge. The house is located in Lesteven, a small hamlet of the Crozon peninsula 800 m from the beach of 'La Palue'.
It has 3 separate bedrooms and a large living room of 45 m² with fireplace.
The house has been completely renovated and newly equipped in 2013.
Thanks to its beautiful garden and comfort you will spend some great vacation.
A stone shared is available to store bikes, surf or other bulky equipment.
There is parking in front of the house which can accommodate 3 cars.

The house is the last of the village in deadlock, there is no traffic, you only hear the sound of birds and beautiful waves ...

In addition to the rental, charges will be detailed below:

Electricity : 0.10 €/kW

Household Output: 60 Euros (or do it yourself), mandatory if you leave before 9 am

Breton flair

The house has a wonderful location. You can reach the beach in a few minutes on a beautiful path. The garden is very beautiful with many flowers and quiet. You don't hear much from the neighbours. The house is very spacious. One room is quite small, maybe not recommended for 6 adults. We were 4 adults and 2 children. We liked it very much and would like to come back.

Delightful Escape From The Madness

Our spur of the moment escape to a remote corner of Brittany turned out to be perfectly timed. The location of this cottage is delightful, a short walk from a stunning and unpopulated beach with hilltop walks, various ruins, rock pools and sand dunes. The cottage is well-appointed with comfortable furnishings, a great kitchen, modern bathroom and a garden that captures the sun. French TV channels and good Wi-fi give you choices for entertainment, or you can light up the wood-burning stove, open a bottle of French red wine, and simply enjoy catching up with your partner. Or read that book you have been meaning to get to for the past six months. In sunshine or rain this location is the perfect refuge. You will depart with regret, but feeling restored and re-energised. Exactly what we needed. Highly recommended.

Steinhaus in ruhiger Lage

Tolle Lage zum Wandern. Fußläufig zum riesigen Strand. Toller Garten, auch wenn die Sitzgelegenheit bei längerem Sitzen unbequem ist 😉. Sehr gute Kommunion mit dem freundlichen Vermieter.

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Ende einer kleinen Stichstraße, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von zwei wunderschönen und großen Stränden entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig (geeignet für bis zu 6 Personen) und gut ausgestattet, und hat einen wunderschönen Garten. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen war der tagelang nicht funktionierende WLAN-Router; der Vermieter war aber sehr bemüht um eine Lösung. Renovierungsarbeiten im Nachbarhaus begannen netterweise nicht vor 9 Uhr morgens, so dass auch das nicht zu beanstanden ist. Alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, die wir sehr gerne wieder buchen würden.

Perfekt!

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen in dem wunderschönen Reihenhaus von Mr Philippot und seiner Schwester. Über den tollen windgeschützten Garten mit Apfelbaum und den gemütlichen Weg zum Meer (etwa 7 Minuten Laufzeit) haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Kommunikation mit Mr Philippot verlief reibungslos. Leider fiel das Internet im Laufe der letzten Woche aus, was für und aber kein Problem darstellte. Perfekt für Surfer und Familien! Schön ist, dass das Haus in einer Sackgasse liegt und es somit sehr ruhig ist. Wir hörten nur den Wind oder das Meer und manchmal einen Fasan. Wir würden gerne nochmals dort Urlaub machen.

Das Haus bot alles, was man von einem alten Steinhaus erwartet. Es gab ungewöhnlich viel Platz und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Für alle im Home-Office dürfte interessant sein, dass auch das WLAN sehr gut funktionierte.

Heerlijk huisje op loopafstand van prachtige stranden

Het huisje in traditionele stijl is heel komfortabel ingericht met moderne keuken, badkamer en fijne bedden. De tuin is ruim, zonnig en met een goede bbq uitgerust. Achter het huisje wandel je zo naar de stranden waar wij elke dag hebben kunnen surfen of start van hieruit prachtige wandeltochten langs de kust. Een fantastische plek om tot rust te komen, energie te tanken en te genieten van de prachtige omgeving.

Gite mal isolé, le chauffage électrique est insuffisant pour remonter la température ! Le poêle fonctionne bien mais le bois s’achète en ville ... Dommage le site est magnifique !

A privilégier l'été !

Cette maison est certes agréable mais, malgré l'annonce qui stipule concernant le chauffage :"La maison est très bien isolée et vous pourrez en profiter même l'hiver.", est plutôt à privilégier en été ! Les ouvertures du RDC laissent passer courants d'air et air froid et la salle de bain est particulièrement humide et froide ! Cela explique sans doute les charges d'eau et d’électricité en sus !!!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinem Garten und Nähe zum Strand

Wir haben uns in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Der Strand ist wunderbar ruhig. Der schöne Küstenwanderweg ist nahe dem Haus gelegen. Charmanter, kommunikativer Vermieter.

Très agréable maison dans un endroit idyllique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison située dans un petit hameau typiquement breton. La maison est bien équipée et idéale pour une famille avec ses trois chambres, et le jardin abrité permet des déjeuners et diners à l'extérieur avec le soleil couchant. La localisation est idéale pour découvrir l'extrémité de la presqu'île de Crozon, à 5 mn en voiture de Morgate et de ses commerces pour tous les aspects pratiques, avec possibilité d'aller à pied aux très belles plages de la Palud et de Losmarc'h (15 mn de marche) en traversant la lande bretonne. En voiture, il est possible d'explorer l'ensemble de la presqu'île rapidement, voire de pousser jusqu'à Brest (environ une heure) pour une virée en ville ou découvrir le très bel acquarium qui s'y trouve. Cerise sur le gâteau, l'accueil a été parfait. Nous recommandons donc vivement cette maison à celles et ceux qui veulent de la nature, du calme et des paysages à couper le souffle.
