Upon entry, the sitting room welcomes you with snug seating, an electric fireplace, and a television, offering a cosy retreat. The sitting room seamlessly connects to the conservatory, providing additional seating - an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen boasts modern amenities, including an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, food processor, and coffee maker. A spacious dining area caters comfortably to ten guests, setting the scene for memorable group meals. A utility room, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, makes tidying up after beach days a breeze. Bedroom five, situated on the ground floor, features twin single beds and an en-suite bathroom. A cloakroom with an extra wash basin and WC completes the ground floor.
