It's a 3 star property with a bad bathroom and below average cleanliness. Great communication with the host though. The bathrooom was very dirty, smelled bad, and there's no shower curtain or door. Bad showerhead. The water runs right onto the floor making a large mess. Runs out of hot water quickly. The shelves have fallen off. Main door to building was rarely locked.

Perfect getaway

If you’re looking for less touristed section with romantic alleyway restaurants with fabulous food in walking distance. This is the stay. Our host was seamless with helping us with our arrival and noise level was low.

15 day stay in Granada

The location of the apartment is fantastic! It’s just steps off Reyes Católicos. The location was a big plus for us as we were interested in walking to as many areas in Granada as we could. And we did!The apartment was warm and comfortable.However…The online pictures and the description did not exactly fit with the current apartment layout. There was no bathtub as advertised, instead there was a shower with no shower curtain. The sofa bed in the living room was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Ouch! The coffee maker was broken prior to our arrival to the apartment. During our stay, one of the straps for lifting and lowering an outdoor window blind broke. Both the broken coffee pot and the broken strap to the blind were reported early on to management, to no avail… And a note to American guests, there is a washing machine in the apartment, but no dryer, fyi.

The apartment is well decorated, very clean and comfortable. The location makes it easy to get everywhere. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location

This apartment put us right in the middle of everything we hope to see and do in Granada. Busy Granada welcomed us whenever we ventured out and the comfortable bed made for a re-energizing sleep to tackle the city again the next day.

Prime Location for Granada

The apartment is better than the photos depict. The place was immaculate and a real joy to stay at. It is in a great location within walking distance to the historical district and many amenities such as restaurants, groceries and entertainment. Response times in communications were quick and they were able to accommodate our early arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent apartment in historic centre

Central location for this one bedroom apartment with everything you might need. Walkable to all the major sites. Property rep was punctual and gave us lots of info for restaurants and services nearby. I recommend and would stay here again.

Great little apartment. Location was perfect- close enough to everything, but also quiet. Great communication with the rental company. Would happily rent again.

We enjoyed out stay at the property. It is nicely decorated and well maintained. They are very easy to communicate with and if anything is needed they immediately find solutions to make your stay more enjoyable! It is central, everything is walking distance. We were there for the New year and January 5-6 festivities it was a little loud in the streets at night (but it is common for big cities)

The property was ideally located and central to the city and buses to Alhambra. Elvira was fantastic to deal with as she accommodated our questions and assisted us with storing our luggage after check in. It would be even better if the WiFi didn't keep dropping out each late afternoon,
