LA FUENTE DE PAVÍA is an old farmhouse located in the town of Caballar (Segovia), restored in 2011.

The renovation has been carried out keeping the rustic charm and using noble materials such as stone, wood, terracotta in tiles and tiles made and hand painted in craft workshops.

On the other hand, our deep respect and commitment to the planet has led us to use geothermal energy as an energy medium that allows us to obtain hot water and heating through radiant floor throughout the house, in order to achieve a sustainable balance with the environment .

The house is fully rented and completely independent. It has capacity for 6 people and has:

3 ROOMS of which; 2 are double on the first floor (bathroom, with bathtub) and the other is double and is on the ground floor.

3 BATHROOMS complete, 2 of them with bathtub (on the top floor, inside the rooms) and another with hydromassage shower (on the ground floor).

THE KITCHEN, on the ground floor, equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, Italian coffee maker, extractor hood and small appliances (blender, toaster, electric juicer). Crockery, glassware (glasses, wine glasses etc), cutlery and kitchenware. Iron for clothes and ironing board.

GAME AREA, has a collection of board and children's games.

THE LIVING ROOM has, television (flat screen and USB port), DVD (with USB port), French fireplace, WIFI (free) and dining area.
ABROAD:

THE PATIO, has a porch area with barbecue equipped with a table and chairs, dishes ect. The charcoal for the use of the barbecue will be brought by the traveler. We also have spirals with gas to make paellas.

OTHER DATA OF INTEREST

HEATING AND HOT WATER, is obtained by geothermal energy, which is the ultimate in renewable energy.

LA LEÑA, to light the French fireplace in the living room, we leave it during the winter without any additional cost. We also leave glow pads for the fireplace.

DOCUMENTATION OF THE AREA, we have a dossier where you can consult the points of touristic interest nearest and advisable in the area, as well as a list of the most interesting active tourism activities with phone numbers, the place and the distance where they are made .

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The rooms have sheets, a washbasin towel and a bath towel (per person), two pillows and two blankets (per person).

In the bathrooms we leave toilet paper, standing shower mat, hand towels, diffuser hand soap, amenites (toothbrush, comb, gel / shampoo) and hair dryer.

In the kitchen we put; paper napkins, kitchen paper, dishwasher tablets, hand dishwashing liquid, tea towels, detergent and softener for washing machine, garbage bags, scourer (brand new), cloth (brand new) and tablecloth. and ironing board. In the house we do not leave any food (or salt, sugar ...), for reasons of cleanliness and hygiene.
