Wonderful stay in a very comfortable, generously-sized, excellently located rental. We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat. The best Italian restaurant right beside the front entrance, an excellent Japanese restaurant across the street, a healthy breakfast diner on the corner, and a chocolate & churros dipping, people-watching cafe on the other corner beside the public gardens. Perfect!
Great Location, but difficult Host/Management Company
Had extreme difficulty in communicating with owner/manager after booking was completed and paid. Check-in process to obtain real keys vs code entry was extremely difficult. I could only communicate via the VRBO app as no additional contact information would be provided even though it was requested and our cells were provided. With major flight delays we were in constant communication of our arrival times but received ZERO responses back that someone would be available to meet us with keys. When calling the host number on VRBO to confirm we were in correct location we were met with absolute rudeness and told “to figure it out” because they were located in Madrid. We could also not have the associates phone number because she didn’t speak English. Never mind that our Spanish is actually pretty proficient and we can communicate via google translate if absolutely needed. Antonia the associate with the keys was fantastic and could communicate with us just fine in Spanish. Such a sweet woman.
Property itself is very nice and in an excellent location. Fantastic restaurants out the door and within 10min of all major attractions. The split level plan was also great for privacy. The views from the patios are fantastic! No issues once we were inside except for an extremely hard bed upstairs. Nothing a mattress pad couldn’t fix.
Optimal mit zwei Paaren zu wohnen. 2 Etagen mit 2 Badezimmern. Super Dachterrassen. Und was in dieser Lage ganz wichtig ist. 1 Stellplatz in Tiefgarage über Aufzug zu erreichen

When confirming a time for arrival is not enough
We had a written confirmation time to meet for the keys, but when we arrived at the property (a half hour early), there was no one there to meet us. Two and a half hours later, someone came with the keys. A complete afternoon in Seville was gone, and that is a considerable amount of time when you are only in a city for three days.
