INSIDE THE CONDO
Guests can park 2 vehicles in a garage on the corner of Jackson and Main Street. To reach your unit, enter the lobby at Patio de Leon Condominiums and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. (You can also gain entry via a stairwell in the courtyard on the opposite side of the building.)
Once you reach the 2nd floor, a long carpeted hallway leads to your condo, which is open-concept with wood floors, contemporary artwork, and tasteful decor throughout.
On the left of the main entry, a full kitchen with a breakfast bar comes with stainless-steel appliances (including electric stove/oven), and well-stocked cupboards with plenty of dinnerware, pots, and pans. An overhead skylight keeps this space feeling bright and airy.
The kitchen overlooks a dining area with seating for 4, and there’s extra glassware and plates available in the dining room’s china cabinet.
Opposite, a cozy living room offers a window side view over Patio de Leon, an open courtyard with regular live music. Stand and watch the world go by, or settle down for an evening of Netflix and movies on your 42” Smart TV.
There’s plenty of space to relax between a wicker chair and a sleeper sofa that converts into 2 twin beds.
To the right of the entryway, a contemporary bathroom has a single-sink vanity and shower/tub combo with glass sliding doors.
Chic monochromatic decor adds a stylish vibe to the master bedroom. Crash for the day in a queen-size bed on an iron canopy frame. The room also has a sleep sound machine, small desk, and a closet for storage space.
