Dette er et af de bedste lokationer for en ferieudlejning i New Braunfels. De fleste ting du ikke engang har brug for at køre til!
Vores charmerende hjem er ved Comal-floden i New Braunfels og i hjertet af byen. Ikke kun er det på Comal-floden (som er foråret fodret, klar og en konsistent 78 °), men gåafstand til shopping, spisestue, landmændsmarked og på tværs af gaden fra Schlitterbahn. Hjemmet er indrettet og dekoreret af en professionel interiørarkitekt med kærlig opmærksomhed. Huset har tre store soveværelser, to badeværelser. HDTV'er i hvert soveværelse og en 4k i stuen, stort køkken, masser af privat parkering og vaskerum med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Huset kan sove op til 8. Placeret forbi den sidste udgave af knolde, så du finder hjemmet privat og fredeligt. Gartner inkluderet. Hunde (2) op til 35 lbs ok med et ekstra depositum. Hjem kan kun lejes en gang om måneden, så reserver nu.
Fantastisk til feriegæster, men også for folk der er i mellem hjem eller er under midlertidig overførsel.

Winter in New Braunfels

My wife and I had an excellent time during our stay! Loved having the river out our back door, and the quiet of the neighborhood. Nearly all of downtown was within a mile of our location! Owner went above and beyond to insure we were comfortable! Highly recommend!

What a view!

Enjoyed the big windows and view of the river. We saw amazing wildlife while sitting in the living room. The host was always quick to respond when we reached out to her, thank you Annette!

Great Summer Spot!

We stayed for a month and could have stayed longer. The house is great, location is great, contact with Annette was great. Really enjoyed our time. We will definitely be back!

Best location for families

You can’t beat this location. We have small children and they had no problem making the easy 10 minute walk to Schlitterbahn which is super helpful because the parking lot gets full fast. It’s also an easy walk to Prince Solms Park to float the Comal River if you have your own tubes. We loved being able to float the Comal and hop out into our own backyard. The hostess was great with communication. Only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the front master bedroom was a lot warmer than the rest of the house making it difficult to sleep, even with the ceiling fan and portable fan on full blast. My husband ended up sleeping on the living room couch since the other beds were occupied by my sons and mother-in-law. We can’t wait to come back when the AC gets fixed/balanced and the front bedroom is cooling better.

Peaceful Hideaway

This lovely house on the Comal river is a perfect place for a getaway to the Texas Hill Country. Close to downtown New Braunfels with access to tubing and boating right out the back door. The house was very well equipped including the kitchen - it was easy to make yourself at home. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location just needs a little tlc

Stayed at this property for 6 weeks. Location is great 5 min -10 min to pretty much everything. Neighborhood is quiet even though you are 100 yds to the water park. The view is spectacular, the whole back of the house are the windows you see in the pictures, does not disappoint. There are tons of beautiful deer and other wildlife. The TLC part comes with a lot of cracked tiles, broken chairs, broken armoire, outdoor furniture needs some help and as others have said a funky layout. We enjoyed our stay just needs a little work

Excellent property for comal river access

The property was well-maintained and clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. I’d recommend the property for those that want to take a dip in the river without having to struggle to get access.

Great location!

This home is in the perfect spot. You get the fun of the Comal without the crowds. The river exit is a few houses up, so it's the perfect calm spot for families with young kiddos! Lots of river jumping and hanging out. Fun wildlife. Great!

Beautiful setting close to town!

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures and description! Beautiful setting at the confluence of the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers. Walking distance into charming downtown New Braunfels. The house was thoughtfully supplied to meet most needs. Annette is a gracious and responsive host. Communication with her was friendly, quick and direct. Our experience was as fun as Annette promised it would be! We will definitely be returning again next year!

Location, Location, Location

The property couldn't be at a better location. Next to Schlitterbahn and the Comal River in your back yard.. Even better is that its down a side street so, you don't have to deal with the Schlitterbahn traffic. The house is older and appears to have been recently renovated. Clean as a whistle and the kitchen has everything you need to assist with meals. The only item I would change is to move the kitchen to the rear of the house as it's up front away from everything and the outside deck area is at the end of it's life cycle and is a bit awkward as well.. but it really doesn't matter when you have the Comal River in the back yard.. I give it a double thumbs up overall.

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed the month of October and you had plenty of warm weather at the beginning of the month and ended the stay with some nice cool fronts. The house has everything you need. Very relaxing. Would recommend it to others!!

Best place ever, on the Comal River.

Wow! Great property and experience!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay and how wonderful owner Annette Logan was to deal with. The property is in walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and downtown New Braunfels. It is very clean with an excellent floor plan and has everything needed to enjoy the stay. The beds were very comfortable. Outstanding house in all measures! The beautiful Comal is a site to behold and such a great view to wake up to. We have zero complaints or issues. Just the memory of a fabulous spot and fun times. We are already talking about a return stay.

Relaxing at the riverhouse

Beautifully decorated riverfront home right off the Comal. Short distance to historic downtown-shopping and dining!! We enjoyed our stay and had everything that we needed!! Annette was the best to work with and very friendly.. The local deer come to hang out in the front yard to forage for food about 5 o'clock in the evening and watching all the different birds out back was mesmerizing! If we ever need a place to stay again in this area...I would book this home!!! ***** 5+

The perfect location! The Perfect house!

We absolutely loved our time staying at this charming river house! It is just past the public toobing exit out so you don’t have thousands of people floating by all day. We floated the river, walked to Schlitterbahn, walked to 5 different restaurants and enjoyed just sitting and watching the river go by. The house perfectly suited my family of 4, everyone got their own room. Kitchen was well appointed, WIFI was quick, TV’s all were great! It’s the greatest place!

Absolutely Relaxing

Our family loved our stay. The owners are more then accommodating for any questions or problems you may have. They gave suggestions on places to go, and areas to float the river. The home was clean, stocked with the necessities a family needs, decorated very well and kept at an very comfortable temperature day and night. The owners go the extra mile to make sure your stay is enjoyable by providing soft luxurious bath towels and bedding. There is plenty of rooms and tv's in each room, so that if you just want to sit and relax you can. I would suggest sitting at the waterside at the end of the day. Very relaxing. The water is clear enough to see fish and little turtles swim by. The neighbors are friendly and the wildlife that visits you daily is amazing. Having a clean, refreshing river out your back door is a major plus. Our stay was more like staying at a family, or good friends home. Will definitely do again.

This house was wonderful, right off the river and a beautiful scenery. The landlord was very nice, helpful and a pleasure to work with. The house was really nice and had everything you would need for your stay and was in a great location. If I every visit this area again I would love to stay at this house.

I have tubed and swam in the Comal River since early childhood. We'd drive from San Antonio on the weekends as often as possible. I'd anticipate the long float in our inner tubes (back then they actually were car tire tubes!) with a picnic packed and put out at one of the tables in Prince Solms Park. We'd float by the beautiful homes with long grass yards and I'd be green with envy but happy to be able to enjoy Landa Park and the clear water. A dream was to one day be able to own a property on the Comal River. The Guadalupe River is a delight but was not even considered! The Comal River is only 2 miles long and spring fed. It is rare to find a private home for sale on it but finally we did. I have now introduce my husband to this piece of paradise and we are so happy to finally call it our home away from home. Please come share our treasure. It's filled with furnishings to make you feel as comfortable as possible. We hope you will make our home a place you long to be and will stay at often.

This property has been waiting for us for more than 80 years. We hope to do it justice by finishing it with furnishings to enhance it's amazing location and view. It is no exaggeration to say that you won't find a better location in New Braunfels. The best New Braunfels has to offer is here: the world famous water park, swimming, tubing, kayaking, fine dining, theatre, markets, and more antiquing than you can imagine. (I've imagined and this is it!) Even the prices are good. If you stay here I'll tell you which have the best deals and most unique finds.

It's the perfect location! You won't find a better location in New Braunfels! On the clear, clean, spring fed Comal River. In the heart of New Braunfels where you can walk outside to tube, kayak, swim, snorkle, fish or sunbathe. A large private yard with a big deck for outdoor eating. Walk or ride your bike to antiquing, the farmers market, restaurants, bars, the tube shoot and of course Schlitterbahn with is right across the street. There is live theatre, drive in theatre, fine dining and drive through burgers are here! The oldest bakery in Texas is a short walk away, the oldest dance hall in Texas is a 5 minute drive in Gruene with more fine restaurants and shopping. Don't forget to take a ride out to Wimberly (30 minutes) to take a look at Jacob's Well. The most amazing swimming hole around! Oh, and don't forget about the outlet mall in San Marcos. Only a 15-20 minute driving. You will have to go for at least two weeks to cover all the shops. From Gucci and Burberry to Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware. If you want it, it's there.
