NEW villa Dina - disabled friendly

Villa Dina is unique property ideal for 2 friendly families with kids! Villa is V-shaped and has 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and TV. The central area is an open space with living room, kitchen and dining room which looks at the pool. The outside terrace has its own small kitchen and there is an infallible fireplace. Swimming pool its villa's central place and there is also a children's playground with a trampoline, swing and a toboggan.
Villa Dina is special because it's completely disabled friendly! One bedroom is specifically made to fit all needs for a person with disabilities. Its bathroom has all elements that are required to make a person with disabilities feel like at home. This also includes outdoors because the swimming pool has a ramp which allows an easy entrance in the pool.

Schöne Villa mit viel Platz! Perfekt für Rollstuhlfahrer

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Villa können wir nur empfehlen . Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und immer steht's bemüht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Family fun in Istria

We stayed for 4 nights in this very clean and comfortable one level house with pool. The air conditioning was excellent, all very clean, nice neighborhood to take the baby for evening strolls. The grocery store, gas station, great restaurants and amazing views are all very close to the villa. The beds are very comfortable, the showers feel great, and our hosts were close by and very helpful and friendly. They brought some locally made treats to us. The town hill of Labin, beach town of Rabac, scenic overlook restaurant, are short drives away. It is also only an hour or less from the city of Rijeka. Parking is easy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. It is handicap accessible, which was also very good for a 10 month old baby. High chair, crib, swing, and chickens next door, made things easy and fun for the baby.

Fantastisch huis en mooie omgeving

Prachtig ruim huis nabij supermarkt(300 meter) en restaurant(<1km). Rabac en Labin dichtbij en de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Plomin Luka voor een (bijna) privéstrand . Wij hebben van ons verblijf genoten dankzij dit fijne huis en zijn gastvrije verhuurders Dora en haar ouders die al je vragen snel beantwoorden.
