The Marriott Maui Ocean Club is a full service destination Time Share resort on Kaanapali Beach. Includes all amenities listed including weekly maid service, room service, valet parking, and all services that you would expect in a five star resort. Facility is periodically renovated and refurbished as a part of the ongoing commitment to excellence. Most recent major renovation completed in Fall of 2018.

The Marriott is only 3 miles from Lahaina, the charming 19th century historic whaling village which is now a mecca for shops, restaurants and entertainment. Lahaina is the most interesting and quaint town in the islands.

Whalers Village, the Kaanapali shopping and restaurant area, is a short 10 minute walk up the Beach Walk. There are several beachside places to eat; a general store, and a number of shops (including high end retailers).

Whale watching in the late Fall and Winter, parasailing off the beach, scuba and surfing lessons nearby, jet ski, outrigger canoes, snorkeling within walking distance (Black Rock), poolside service, relax in the sun or shade. Ferry from Lahaina to Lanai (resorts and more golf). Kaanapali golf (2 courses) across the street. A great deal to do to suit all desires; superior to isolated resorts because of entertainment diversity.

Marriott is at the closest point to the ocean, as close as 50 - 70 feet. Views are unobstructed and panoramic, and include the nearby islands, sunsets and beach.

Buyer Beware. There is a big difference between an Oceanview Room and Oceanfront

I have rented through VRBO before without issue. I have stayed at this property before in the Napili Tower Villas. They are great and 5 stars all around. Fantastic views, similar to the views shown in Evan's photos. When we struck a deal, Evan made me aware it was ocean view, not ocean front (no photos on his site showing the actual view). Since I had stayed in Napili before I was not concerned as I was aware of the view. I requested the Napili tower and Evan noted he could not guarantee Napili v. Lahaina (the two villa towers) but he did request on my behalf the Napili. When I arrived I was given villa in the Lahaina tower and told there are no ocean view rooms in the Napili tower (only ocean front). Standing at the kitchen counter in the Lahaina tower one looks into the parking structure, not the ocean. If you stand at the window and look to the left you see the ocean. So, if you select an ocean view room beware that you will likely be standing at your kitchen counter looking at the parking structure, not the ocean. I would also point out that Evan does not do HomeAway as listed. Instead you send a check.

Chris's point is well taken in that the Marriott controls inventory location at their own discretion; they do no always have the ability to service all requests precisely. I have stayed in the exact same unit that Chris describes and found the view beautiful of the ocean and of the sunset. It is true that if I looked right, instead of left at the ocean, I did see the parking structure. Once I learned of Chris's concerns, I made every attempt to work with the Marriott to accommodate, but as the resort was full, nothing could be done. Chris and I agreed to a compensation as an attempt to mitigate the issue, which was made immediately. I do feel that the commentary was unfair, especially since Chis was compensated for his concerns. The measure of an organization is how they respond to problems. Chris apparently did not understand the reason for a price differential between Ocean Front and Ocean View.

Wonderful view and so many whales!!

We enjoyed the layout and fantastic view! You could whale watch from the balconies and enjoy the sunsets. We slept with the windows open enjoying the sound of the waves.

We took the kids and grandkids. How nice it was to have 2-2bedroom condos on the same floor. There were plenty of activities for the kids. Beach is right there. Pool is awesome. Staff so friendly. Views from both rooms amazing. Microwave,fridge in room. With Safeway right down the street, it was easy to stock up on breakfast and snacks. Lots of grills available around the property. I would definitely stay here again

Fantastic location!

We enjoyed this 2 bedroom oceanfront condo! The view was fantastic and the resort amenities were great. Parking is a challenge later in the evening but they will valet park your car for a tip. We loved it!

The Marriott retains final placement decisions, although they make every attempt to satisfy requests. All of the Villas are very well appointed and maintained to Marriott standards. Very glad that you had a happy vacation in this resort which is the most sought after resort in the Marriott sysem.

Wonderful stay in maui

This is an incredible property only sad that we could not rent for full 10 days of our vacation. Love love the Marriott Ocean club best place ever for a family with 4 kids.

Thank you; this resort is one of the most sought after in the world. All timeshare owners are restricted to 7 day contracts with a Fri, Sat or Sun check-in (date allocations are committed a year in advance). Hence, adding additional days with "points" or any other means is virtually impossible.

FAMILY VACATION IN MAUI

We loved our stay at Even Price's 2 bedroom Ocean Front condo. The unit was very clean, room for my son and his family and nana!! The location of the unit was just perfect! Very close to the ocean sidewalk, pools, bbq and lobby. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts on the patio and beautiful sunsets! The kitchen was well equipped with just about anything you would want to make any meal. Altogether exactly what I was hoping for - especially the sound of the ocean right out of the bedroom windows! Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Vacation

This is a beautiful location. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortably appointed with everything I needed for my trip (great bed, couch, desk, refrigerator, coffee pot, basic kitchen utensils etc.). The entire facility was immaculate and very well maintained. My room was ocean front with private patio, so I was able to start and end my day with a gorgeous, relaxing view of the ocean. The grounds were incredible and the amenities provided were great. The Marriott is located within easy walking distance of great shopping and dining and a short drive from Lahaina. I would highly recommend this location and this suite.

Best Family Vacation EVER

Not an over exaggeration, we've been a lot of places and we really had the "Best Family Vacation EVER". The property is perfectly located and has the best wide beach. Some resorts had thin small beaches. It is perfectly located near Whaler's Village and quick distance to Front Street shops and restaurants. The resort is vast and hard to find nothing to do. The 3 pools have something for everyone, young and old. The villa was clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Something I wish I knew beforehand was that located near near the lobby is a community kitchen for all to use. This was helpful since the villas were only equipped with kitchenettes. I thought the Molokai tower was ideal due to it's proximity to the communal kitchen, laundry facility and onsite Starbucks. The parking is near Lanai Tower and Lahaina Villas, but that wasn't an issue. We used the main entrance circle drive for drop offs and loading/unloading. My husband had a cabana beach massage from the onsite Spa by the Sea which was great! We walked up and down the Beachwalk many times that week to visit other resorts and restaurants. We even walked to our meeting point for our whale watching excursion. People are into the beach lounger reserve game (6a.m. towel reserve) but only along the main pool. Even during busy Spring Break you were able to find a lounger either on the lawn or in the 2nd/3rd rows around the main pool. Don’t hesitate to book here. Also, we felt no pressure to buy a timeshare. Mahalo!

Beautiful Resort, Great communication!!

We were very impressed with Evan's communication throughout our process of looking for places, questions, confirmation right before our trip and even following up after wards. The unit is spacious and was easily able to house our family of 5 comfortably. It was great to have a kitchen and extra seating for times when we did not want to go out to eat. The location of the resort is great and right on the beach. Multiple pools, restaurants and hospitality on site. Quick walk to Whalers village for other restaurants and shopping. Really appreciated Evan Price's expertise.

Incredible!!

First time to Maui. Trip started off bad because of a 3 hour wait to pick up the rental car from Budget. Avis had a 5 hour wait. The trip from OGG airport to the Marriott was an easy drive. The Marriott and villa was as advertised online. Gorgeous condo with wonderful oceanfront views from the villa. We saw whales everyday and my sons and I snorkeled about every day right in front of the Marriott. We saw literally hundreds of tropical fish and swam with a few sea turtles. The entire staff was great. I'd book with Evan and stay again in a heartbeat. Of note, we stayed an 8th night in a smaller hotel style unit to extend our stay. I would not try to save money and do that again as we were very cramped. Evan's 2 bedroom villa is awesome. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Location in Paradise

Marriott Ocean Villas was the perfect locale for our vacation in paradise. Situated on one of Hawaii's most lovely beaches, the property is aesthetically pleasing. Our room was beyond our expectations. Everything was spotlessly clean and appeared brand new, down to the wine glasses and clothes hangers. We love the restaurants and golf courses in the area. Evan was prompt and clear in his responses. We will call him again the next time we are booking in Maui.

The Marriott Ocean Club was great in all ways, location, service and views. The Ocean Front Suite was just right for our family of 6. We followed Evan's recommendation of advance reservations for activities and restaurants. It was a great idea and we enjoyed them all. Beautiful oceanfront condo!

Beautiful property with all the amenities in a great location on Ka'anapali Beach, convenient walking distance to everything. We had 3 adults and 3 kids in this condo and easily had room for 2-3 more people. These oceanfront condos have spectacular views-- there's nothing like sitting on this lanai drinking a mai tai! One of the best family vacations we have taken.

Contacted Evan directly and the unit was as described and the pricing was excellent. The follow up by Evan was helpful, and he even gave contact phone # for Marriot Ocean Club, to answer any questions we had. Marriot send us a complete package on info and events during our stay. Will repeat!!!

Gorgeous ocean views, fun for the whole family!

We have used Evan’s services before and have had excellent vacations! The properties are professionally maintained and there are no surprises! Evan even went out of his way with the concierge to make sure the family had some boogie boards and beach chairs available when we arrived! Highly recommend Evan for his professionalism and low stress vacation packages — we didn’t have to worry about anything, just relaxed and had a great time!

Best Ever Family Vacy!

Ten family members-Two awesome units! 8 adults and 2 young children. We rented an Ocean View and a Garden View! Beautiful views from both rooms along with convenient location to pools, beach, food, paddle boarding, Teralani Snorkel and Snuba, beach chair and umbrella rental, yoga, we did ALL of this and more....shopping and the best Mai Tai's. Here's the great thing about all of this-EVAN PRICE. The booking process-painless. The check-in process-painless. We were very sad to leave, but we're coming back. Better get that Ocean View before I do!
