Newly updated 1 bedroom, one bathroom with recently updated granite kitchen with large pantry, lots of dishes, pots and pans and small appliances.
King in Master Bedroom.
Brand new queen sleeper sofa with foam mattress - really comfy!
Patio overlooks private community heated pool. In-Unit Washer & Dryer on Patio
Sheets and towels provided - please bring your own beach towels

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March.
For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.
