Bright house 100 m from Betey beach on a very cozy garden of around 100 m2 completely renovated including:
- on the ground floor: a living room with French window overlooking the garden, a new fully equipped separate kitchen, shower room and separate toilet.
- 2 bedrooms upstairs (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds). Possibility of having an inflatable repair mattress.
The garden includes table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue.
The house is rented without heating BUT it can be billed after a meter reading during the inventory. (around 25 euros per week)
