‘Residenza Di Mare’ This bright and airy apartment is located in Lucrino offering lake views . It is great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing from all the archaeological sites the area has to offer or after spending a day at the local beach. The apartment is on the ground floor with a large terrace so easily accessible for guests with mobility difficulties as no steps to climb. There is a secure parking space which can be reached from the terrace. It is 2 minutes from Lucrino station with trains to Pozzuoli where ferries are available to the islands of Ischia and Procida

A calm stay only 30min from the center of Napoli

Donato and Salvatore were really helpful by giving us tips for the local shops and the train. The appartment was big and well furnished, and only 50meters from the train station. We had quiet nights (except for one little earthquake :) ) and the local grocery store had everything needed for cooking. Really, a pleasant stay near the sea, not so far from the Napoli fever.

Summer 2023

Very nicely located, close to the public beach. Lots of the many attractions around Naples can be reached by public transport, especially with the train. Easy communication with Donato and Salvatore. The nights are mostly really calm, you can sleep well. With the 6 persons of our family the flat was really at max. Overall we had a wonderful summer holiday.

Lovely apartment on the lake

We thoroughly loved our visit to Pozzuoli and our stay at this great location. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to make your stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The owners Donato and Salvatore went out of their way to make us feel at home and were very accommodating with all our needs. Salvatore met us upon our arrival and showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. He was very attentive and quick to respond whenever we had a question. This apartment is in a great location with many many things in walking distance. And it even had a private space for us to park our rental car. We will definitely be back to Pozzuoli and when we do, we will definitely rent this property again. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Appartement très propre, bien situé

Propriétaires très sympathiques et très accueillants. Location agréable, bien située à proximité de la ligne de chemin de fer qui permet de visiter les îles et Naples sans toucher la voiture. Parking à l'intérieur de la résidence. Très bon restaurant de poisson sur le lac. Je recommande cette adresse.

Family stay

We had a lovely stay at Donato and San‘s property. It was spotlessly clean and had plenty of space for our party of 5, including 2 small children. It’s was very conveniently located for the beach, although it is worth pointing out that the beaches in Italy are mostly private and you have to pay quite a lot to use them. There is a small free beach but this wasn’t always as well kept as the private ones. Our hosts were very helpful and attended to our every need. Would definitely recommend!

It was so easy to get to the train station, tho would suggest you get the app for working out all the different train lines in the area. The local beach was wonderful- tho best in the paid area. The apartment is stunning -so big and beautifully furnished.Easy walk to beach, station and supermarket.Salvatore was so kind and helpful.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the location and the apartment itself had to be completely refurbished. It is a few minutes to the train station and the local beach. Walking distance to a supermarket and Spa . A short walk to the private beach at Lido di Napoli. For diving enthusiasts there is a diving centre 500m away.
