You could not want for more - a warm, spacious, welcoming dormer bungalow with breathtaking views.We can just imagine relaxing in the sitting room soaking up the sea views from the large windows.You even get incredible views from the patio doors when you're preparing a meal in the kitchen! Sleeping six, this is a brilliant holiday bungalow for a family or group getaway on Anglesey. The large, landscaped garden is the perfect space for some outdoor family games, to relax with a book in the sunshine with gorgeous sea views, or generally just relaxing in the fresh Welsh sea air! What's more, this fab bungalow is located in Beaumaris, one of Anglesey's prettiest seaside towns.
The open plan sitting and dining room is a delight with its picture windows maximising the the wonderful views.The sofas and chairs are comfortable and set around a eletric fire and large flat screen TV.At one side of the room is the dining table and chairs for up to six people and patio doors that lead out onto a terrace that acts as suntrap.The kitchen has everything you’d expect for a self-catering holiday; oven, grill and hob, larder fridge, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.A breakfast room has a table and chairs as well as patio doors that lead out onto a terrace with garden furniture.Sit out here with your morning cup of coffee and watch the world go by.The utility has a large freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.There is also a separate cloakroom here with loo and wash hand basin.On the ground floor there are two bright double bedrooms.There is also a ground floor family bathroom with bath and shower over, loo and wash hand basin.There is a good-sized twin room on the first floor.
Outside is a large, landscaped garden with grassed areas, shrubs and terraced areas which make the most of the views.This outside space is ideal for outdoor family games. A gate at the bottom of the garden will lead you down to the sea front.You’ve got ample parking and use of large double garage, too.
Beaumaris has an excellent variety of places to eat and drink, from traditional cafes to sophisticated restaurants and all things in-between, or you can simply sit and enjoy watching the sailing boats from the beach ........all this and more without having to pick up your car keys! What more could you want from a holiday cottage? The delights of Anglesey and North Wales beyond are not far away if you do want to explore further afield. You really can't beat Camlan for it's cracking seaside location and stunning sea views!

Town: Beaumaris is a well known historic town on the Isle of Anglesey situated on the Menai Strait and overlooking the Snowdonia mountain range, making for the most stunning of sunrises. With its medieval castle (now a World Heritage site) dating back to the reign of Edward I and its Victorian pier, gaol and courthouse, it is also known as a major centre for yachting. Beaumaris is rich in history and retains much of its medieval street pattern. It’s setting, diversity of architectural styles and periods, differing scale, open spaces, varying roofs and overall quality contribute greatly to the town’s character. There is a good selection of shops, restaurants and public houses, as well as fishing opportunities and boat trips in the town, plus a golf course nearby. Along the coast is a large bay called Red Wharf Bay; its Welsh name is Traeth Coch (Red Beach) and the area is renowned for its glorious sunsets. The bay is very shallow and at low tide, almost 25 square kilometres (10 sq. mi.) of sand is uncovered providing safe bathing, perfect for wonderful family fun, fishing and miles of stunning scenic walks. Further afield is the port of Holyhead, which has regular ferry links to Dublin. Beaumaris is a good central base for touring Wales, in a beautiful location on the south coast of the picturesque Isle of Anglesey, within easy reach of the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.
