Large Apartment, Convenient location

We enjoyed our time here. The large porch was especially nice. The location is very convenient. We were able to visit the Acropolis by taking the metro, one block away. And behind our building, is a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket and several nice restaurants. I would gladly come back and stay here again.

Check in and communication were stellar. The accommodations were clean and well stocked. My only issue was the strong smell of cigarettes from a nearby unit which was a problem for some of our group. Also, Athens never sleeps and this is unit is located on a busy street. There is always some level of noise, and it can be very noisy at times.

Excellent Value

Exactly what we needed and expected. George was quite helpful. We were able to drop off our bags early (3 hrs before check in) which was nice. the cleaning was a bit delayed but we were out sightseeing so it wasn't a problem. We had 8 adults in our party and the apartment had beds for all of us. It is on a busy street which wasn't a problem but one of the nights we were there there was a party across the street which was loud until 2am. Obviously, this wasn't something the owners could fix. Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was exactly what we needed and was a good value for what was offered.

Perfectly nice

This property mostly met our expectations. The front area is nicely decorated and spacious enough. The AC works very well. It’s within 0.5 miles of acropolis hill. It’s very easy to walk to good restaurants (Tuk Tuk Thai restaurant was exceptional!) and site seeing locations. Check in was easy. Thank goodness for the elevator! A few minor inconveniences (dirty pots and pans, not enough toilet paper for 4 people, dead plants on the balcony, a shower head that sprays directly out of the closed shower doors). But nothing that didn’t meet our basic needs. After walking around the neighborhoods, it’s definitely quieter closer to the acropolis, but for the price, the location is fantastic. Overall, a nice place to stay in Athens.

Just What We Needed!

The apartment was great and met our needs for our 4 days in Athens. It was conveniently located between the airport and the Port of Piraeus and roughly a 15 minute walk from the Acropolis and surrounding points of interest. Restaurants and mini markets were easily accesible. The 4 bedrooms fit our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids ages 7-11) perfectly and although we didn't utilize the kitchen much, it would have met our needs. We loved spending time on the balcony watching the city go by. A few things to be aware of: the apartment is located on a busy intersection, so you do hear some traffic noise at night. There is only 1 full bathroom (but we made it work without issue) and in the high heat of summer the air conditioning units sometimes struggled to keep up, however we were comfortable most of the time. There is an elevator to the apartment, but it can only hold a couple people or 1 person and luggage, so be prepared to make a few trips upon arrival and checkout. George was an excellent host; very responsive to any questions we had and helped us arrange transport from the airport and to the cruise terminal. Overall it was a fantastic space for our group.

Grand appartement

Plusieurs chambres, très grand, propre. Il aurait été pratique d’avoir plus de serviettes à vaisselles et linge de table. Situé au5e étage, petit ascenseur pour 2personnes. Dans les escaliers, pas de lumière.

Great location and very spacious !!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Athens. The location is great as you can either walk to Accropolis (20-30min) or take the subway (less than 5 min walk). The appartment is very spacious and well decorated. Communication with host was excellent.

Nice, clean and spacious

The apartment was was modernly furnished and had enough space to give our three children their own place. The kitchen was fully equipped, such as oven, micorwave, dishwasher, freezer etc. It was also nice that there was a spacious balcony, so that we could also be outside. Pity that the chairs on the balcony were broken.
