Vaulted ceilings, open-air floorplan and lots of windows allows the light in. Three bedrooms with smart tv's, two full bathrooms plus an enclosed outdoor shower provide all the room you and your family need. Great location 3.5 blocks to the beach. Bring the kids to the corner for pizza and a block over for mini-golf and ice cream. Bike or stroll through the Nature Preserve across Pacific Ave. This property is the end-unit, affording privacy on the furnished deck (table, chairs and large umbrella), and plenty of unmetered street parking. A quiet, neighborly street is a dead-end, assuring minimal traffic and street noise. Kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for cooking or grilling at home including; a smooth-top range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, pancake griddle, all plates, glasses, pots, pans and utensils are provided. Guest access
The entire home, deck and shed with beach chairs, and recreational items are available for Guests to enjoy. PLEASE NOTE GUESTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN BED LINENS AND TOWELS.

Other things to note
A cleaning service maintains the home in between Guest changeovers, but we ask that you 'leave it as you found it'. Guests must provide their own bed linens and towels.
