It is located in the quiet and residential area of Porto Saler, just 7 minutes walk from the center of the village of Sant Francesc. It enjoys a sea view. It consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including an outdoor), a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen.
