Cottage with whirlpool and sauna located on a large natural plot only approx. 200 meters from the rushing North Sea at Vrist. The house is energy-friendly with a heat pump and thus the possibility of lower consumption. The cottage appears bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The living room is modernly furnished, has free internet, radio, stereo with CD and is equipped with flat screen TV with international channels. In addition, there is Chromecast, so you have the opportunity to stream your own TV services. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The kitchen has, among other things, a ceramic hob, cooker hood, coffee machine and dishwasher. Bright bathroom with whirlpool, bathing environment, shower and access to the house's 3-person sauna. There is both a washer and dryer in the house. There is a generally open and covered terrace with good garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the North Sea. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
