Why they chose this property

We purchased last year while the entire complex was going through an entire makeover including all new windows, sliding doors & exterior doors & addition of deck by pool with grills & picnic tables right on the beach! We love having our family over or just 2 of us & grill fresh fish from local seafood markets while watching sunset.
We had the interior freshly painted & new tile & is very clean!New sofa & loveseat, king size bed with walk in closet between bedroom & bath. The sofa makes a sleeper also.
