By the pool you will find grills and smokers to prepare your catch of the day or items purchased at the nearby fresh seafood market! We purchased last year while the entire complex was going through an entire makeover including all new windows, sliding doors & exterior doors & addition of deck by pool with grills & picnic tables right on the beach! We love having our family over or just 2 of us & grill fresh fish from local seafood markets while watching sunset.
We had the interior freshly painted & new tile & is very clean!New sofa & loveseat, king size bed with walk in closet between bedroom & bath. The sofa makes a sleeper also.
