The 3-bedroom Guest House at the beachfront Pescadero Palace has an excellent location on Playa Pescadero, a pristine 3-mile white sand beach, just 5 minutes from Todos Santos and 40 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. Amenities include a heated swimming pool, infinity edge Jacuzzi, natural rock waterfall, free highspeed wifi, satellite TV’s, full kitchen with all appliances and utensils, A/C, laundry facilities on premises, maid service available for a small extra fee, and spectacular ocean view of the Pacific Ocean. Beds include a king size in the master bedroom, 2 twins and a double in the guest bedroom, a king in the Penthouse bedroom, and a single futon in the living room. All bedrooms have ocean view terraces. There is a private gated entrance, and the entire property is walled for your security.
For our guests to enjoy we have beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, soft top sufboards, boogie boards, a double kayak with fishing pole mounts, and more!

Quiet place with pool and nearby beach

It had everything we needed. The beach nearby is not good for children swimming (you can go to nearby Cerritos for that) but fantastic place to watch the surfers and the sun set every night.

Perfect vacation house

The house was spacious, private, with unparalleled views and access to the beach. Having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. was a huge plus. Would recommend this property.

We absolutely loved staying at Pescadero Palace!

The space was clean and inviting. The beach right outside the house is amazing and we hung out there, always! The house had just enough room for 8 of us to stay, with room for extra if we needed it. We loved having the hot tub. You would think you don't need a hot tub in Mexico, but we used it all the time. Robert was a fantastic host, who always responded to questions we had within minutes. We felt safe and had a blast. I am planning my next trip down!

What a great place!

First of all, Robert is amazing. He was prompt and informative in his communication and adapted to some changes with ease. He was present and so helpful. There were alot of us so the place was tight - but we made it work. The pool is awesome and the beach is crazy but it is NOT A SWIMMING BEACH - for that you have to go to Cerritos to the south. Todos Santos is so cool and we loved exploring the art galleries and finding cool restaurants. Be sure to do the Puntos Lobos hike - it is amazing. Also, the turtle rescue and release experience was great - our kids loved it. Thanks for everything Robert!

The best place for surf families

This property and location are perfect for a family or group with surfers. Can check the surf from the deck with your coffee. Great uncrowded beach. Love the pool and hot tub and lots of new places for great food and drinks. We’ve been here twice and will be back.

Perfect stay!

“We had a great time and the set up was perfect for an extended family. Robert had everything we needed for recreation, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc. and, to accommodate young ones: Pac-N-Play, highchair, pool toys! It was great having a beautifully designed pool waterfall and infinity hot-tub for an alternative to the beach, which is really close and the waves are “on” 24/7! The units are really comfortable and well equipped with kitchen items and comfortable beds on the firm side. There are extra blankets for the cool Baja winter nights. The sunsets are just beautiful, viewed from your private deck or from a convenient beach bar, an easy walk down the beach where you can also watch the surfers and whales and if you’re lucky, accompanied by Roberts super special dog, Osa. It’s pretty much essential to have some transportation to explore the varied beaches and towns though there’s a great organic farm store a bit over mile away down a rustic dirt farming road that takes you from here to the highway. We’ll be back!”

Score 10 out of 10. Beachside location priceless.. View from upper deck great for watching whales, surfers, sunsets and the stars. Local beach great for surfers. Nearby Cerritos better for swimmers and amateur boogie boarding. Proximity to Todos Santos a bonus. Manager Robert Quirk helpful and very personable. Rooms spacious and clean. Kitchen very functional for a large group with plenty of cookware. Internet strong and reliable Great for a quiet, safe, warm holiday and recommend without reservation.

Dreamy Beachfront Property near Todos Santos

I went to Mexico to celebrate my birthday and had an absolutely magical time staying in Pescadero Palace. The property perches just above Pescadero/San Pedrito Beach, a beautiful stretch of white sand with an even more beautiful surf break, just outside of Pescadero and very close to Todos Santos. It is private (with walls and gates), but you still feel like you're interacting with the natural beauty of your surroundings (you can watch the waves break and people surf from the balconies as you listen to the whooshing palm fronds and crashing water!). We caught so many amazing sunrises and sunsets, it's well situated for both! If the ocean and beach aren't your scene, you can still get your water and sun fix poolside. I loved having all of the amenities of home--a full kitchen, laundry, AC, etc., the bed was super comfy, and the property was clean and felt safe. Moreover, Rob was super helpful whenever we had questions or needed suggestions. Whether you're an avid surfer or want to try for the first time, the surf in Pescadero and nearby beach Los Cerritos is world class. Moreover, the food, culture and arts scene in Todos Santos is awesome, especially if you dig an authentic, small town vibe. Plus, downtown Cabo is under an hour away for more of a westernized, busy scene. I reckon I will be back with more friends next time!

Great location. Very responsive host.

Pescadero Palace has a wonderful location. Quick walk to the beach. If you're a surfer, this is the place to be. If not, just be ready for the big surf and keep an eye on the kids. We stayed in the 3-story "guest house": ground level with one bedroom, small kitchen/living room and full bath; 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, large living room and full bath; Penthouse with large bedroom, full bath and huge decks looking toward the Pacific. That was our "Happy Hour" space. It was perfect for our 3-generation group with parents in the penthouse and kids and grandkids below. Maid service is included on Tuesday and Thursday. Our first few days were chilly and windy, especially on the beach, and the pool and hot tub were much appreciated. If going to the beach, Robert has plenty of chairs, beach umbrellas, surf boards, body board, kayak, all available to resident guests. Wi-Fi worked fine. As to the property, we had a couple of issues: no water pressure, poor shower drainage. We contacted Robert, who lives on-site, and these issues were addressed immediately. No muss, no fuss. He's pretty laid back but very responsive and keeps the whole place in great shape. If you're looking for some adventure, ask Robert for a flight in his ultralight. He keeps it right at the entrance to the compound. We took off from the beach and it's a spectacular ride. Plenty of good restaurants within a short drive (Hierba Buena, Carlito's Place, Garden at Rancho Pescadero) and the small supermarket in Todos Santos has all you need. You'll enjoy your stay.

Very Nice, will be back!

Nice place to relax and recharge. The family loved it. The property was clean and well maintained. Robert was a good host and provided good service. I would recommend this property. This is my second time staying here, and I plan on coming back.
