Spectacular villa for 12 people, with private pool, surrounded by a breathtaking landscape and only 850 metres away from the charming village of Selva.
This beautiful finca, located on a rural and forest environment, is a magic place. All corners invite to admire the privileged landscape and feel the peace, specially the area of the pool where you will be able to bask in the sun on the 12 sunloungers and enjoy a nice dip. The private chlorine pool sizes 18 x 7 metres and and the water depth ranges from 0.6 to 1.7 metres. The impressive table is the best place to enjoy your meals alfresco. The property is fenced and it offers total privacy.

The house has 2 floors. Preserving some walls of pure rock and stone, it welcomes you with a large foyer and a room in the purest Mallorcan style. Next, you enter the living-dining room where you can relax watching TV or enjoying those delicious meals prepared in the ceramic hob kitchen. On colder days, you will find a basket of firewood for the stove in the living room and an oil radiator, courtesy of the house. This floor is completed with 1 bathroom with bathtub and 2 bedrooms with double beds. Going up the stairs, you have another room ideal for entertainment, as it has 2 pool tables and 1 foosball table. Then you access 1 more bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, as well as 4 more bedrooms with double beds, all with en-suite bathrooms with bathtub. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and air conditioning. There is 1 crib and 1 high chair available. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The house is located in a privileged spot, amid beautiful fields and mountains, but still near the village, just 850 metres away. Selva is a lovely town at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range with the basic services like supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The best starting point for hikers and bikers. The nearest beach is the one in Puerto de Alcúdia about 25.9 km away.

Beautiful outdoor area at property. Very poor kitchen facilities

The outdoor areas around the pool was beautiful and the pool was warm. The beds were large and comfortable with good linen. The facilities provided in the kitchen were poor....There was no bottle opener! / only one tiny breadboard / no good knives for preparing food / no tray to carry drinks with / no washing up liquid and we were called at 8.30pm on the first evening to say not to use the dishwasher as it was broken so we had nothing to wash the pots after having made dinner for 10 people. On the third day a new dishwasher was installed however after one wash it started leaking! Overall, the property is great if you do not intend to use the kitchen much however if you are hoping to eat in each night then this may not suit.

Outside splendid - inside it needs improvement

Pool area extremely nice, clean and good in shape. Grill very good and also clean. Enough seating possibility and towels for the pool available. Inside - bathrooms need urgent renovation (mildew, broken toilet seat, only 1 working hairdryer, partially strong bad smell; rooms have only partially A/C, only 1 room with bed of sufficient size in terms of width and length, sofas old and not comfortable, Billard not playable as cues are bend and without tips, kitchen clean - however the pans and pots are bend and difficult to use, only 1 very simple coffee machine - the rest broken, broken plumbing system as when water is running in the kitchen it exits at the outer wall. All in all inside a complete renovation is needed and a real check of the existing amenities

La cas Carro est une grande maison faite pour se retrouver en famille comme nous l'avons fait pour nos 70 ans. Deux tables (gigantesques) permettent d'accueillir plus de 20 convives chacune. Les espaces extérieurs, piscine, et intérieurs, salle de billards permettent d'occuper petits et grands. La cuisine dispose de tous les équipements pour nourrir tout ce beau monde. La proximité d'Inca donne accès à tous les commerces, tres bonne boulangerie, poissonnerie,.. etc

Alles in allem jederzeit wieder!

Der Aufenthalt war super und die Unterkunft ist der Wahnsinn. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist super und die Gegend um die Unterkunft wunderschön. Es sind uns nur die folgenden Punkte aufgefallen. Beil Billardtisch fallen Kugeln raus aus dem Kugelfang. Backofen heizt nicht richtig auf die eingestellte Temperatur (zumindest gefühlt). Die Kaffeemaschinen sind fast nicht funktionsfähig. Eine geht gar nicht und die andere dauert ewig. Mit der Hand aufbrühen hat geholfen. Abflüsse riechen etwas komisch. Wlan geht nur im Erdgeschoss wegen dem Standort des Routers Kein Klopapier im Haus vorhanden und mussten es selbst kaufen. Aber wie gesagt. Alles in allem jederzeit wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Finca. Sie ist wirklich groß und hat einen besonderen Charm. Der Pool war mal was anderes, weil der sehr tief war und dadurch mehr Spielraum gab. Morgens wurden wir von einem Esel geweckt, was wirklich lustig war. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Schöne, geräumige Unterkunft, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hier und da wären ein paar Reparaturen nötig (z.B. Silikonfugen in den Bädern) Ein besserer Grill wäre keine Fehlinvestition. Pool war sehr gut, groß und sauber. Die großen Tische außen und innen waren sehr vorteilhaft. Im Großen und Ganzen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft

Amazing

The hosts were very nice and provided us some fruits, water and wine when we arrived. check in was easy too. Little advice, use the GPS-coordinates instead of the adress to find the finca. The finca itself is absolutely amazing. It has a huge area with some animals and lemon and olive trees, all in an old farm house style, very nice. The pool was one of our highlights with its nice few over the valley and the palm trees next to it. Also the kitchen and eating area is located so that almost the entire life in the finca is located next to the pool. The rooms are mostly climated and very clean and most rooms even have their own bathroom. All in all, we had an amazing time and would always recommend the place. Thank you guys very much for having us as guests.

Die Finca ist sehr schön und hat einen besonderen Flair! Man fühlt sich wie Pablo Escobar auf einem seiner Urlaubsanwesen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und tief, die Zimmer völlig ausreichend und es gibt genügend Platz für alles. Die Küche ist ein wenig klein für 12 Personen aber man kommt klar! An einem Tag hatten wir das Glück und konnten die Besitzer kennenlernen, diese waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem sind wir alle sehr zufrieden gewesen & würden wieder hingehen.

Just returned from our fantastic family holiday in Villa Cas Carro. 10 in total from 10yr to 75yr. Villa was fantastic & unique but the pool was the center point for the whole family. Had many great meals on the long outside table & BBQ a great bonus. It is a little isolated so car a must to get shopping Lidl at Inca great value & selection. Family enjoyed Inca Market on a Thursday. At the bottom of the lane across the road is resteraunt Ca's Teuler great balcony out the back for afternoon drinks overlooking the valley & village, always a nice breeze, evening meals OK. Into Selva the Fuc i Cal u. Great meals & service, could walk in about 20 mins but no street lighting at night. All in All a great get away holiday to relax. Thankyou. PS my grandson was not to well so son & daughter in law took him to local hospital at Inca, Great service although no English spoken, Daughter in law spoke some Spanish. Thankyou Inca Hospital .

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser sehr schönen Finca, die sehr ruhig zwischen Selva und Inca gelegen ist. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in beiden Städten und sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wer die Ruhe liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, alles in allem gibt es hier nichts zu beanstanden.
