From the villa called El Jaguel enjoy the most breathtaking view that exists of the Teide, the volcano that dominates the landscape. The Valley of La Orotava extends at its foot and merges with the Puerto de la Cruz at the coast. The view is lost in the confines of the island in the punta de Teno, and at sunset the sunset in the sea, behind the island of La Palma, is a dazzling spectacle. Located in the North of Tenerife, 100 metres from the House-Museum of the wine, in the small and beautiful village named El Sauzal, this villa is ideal so that you enjoy your holiday. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious lounge and cosy furnished dining room, a cheerful and bright kitchen and a wide room to listen to music and watch TV. El propietario un señor amable que se acercó a saludarnos el día de la llegada y que nos permitió la llegada y la salida (no tenía entradas al día siguiente) fuera de la hora señalada en la página Vrbo

En líneas generales ha estado bien, pero lo que no nos ha gustado es que no se informa antes de reservar que el dueño está justo debajo, en la misma vivienda. Se debería informar con anterioridad para valorarlo a la hora de hacer la reserva.

Hola Magdalena, me sorprende tu comentario, se te ha dado toda suerte de facilidades para alterar tanto la hora de llegada como de salida, en ese sentido no creo que tengas quejas, me alegra que en líneas generales haya estado todo bien aunque luego valores el alojamiento con tres estrellas, en cuanto que el dueño está justo debajo y en la misma vivienda es inexacto. debajo, y no en la misma vivienda tengo mi despacho de arquitecto con entrada independiente desde la calle y en ningún momento he tenido contacto con los huéspedes como no sea para recibirles, darles las llaves y comentarles que cualquier cosa que necesiten me envíen un whatsApp. eso es lo que creo valoran los huéspedes que suelen reservar mi villa. Lamento que para ustedes eso fuera un punto en contra.

Una casa muy especial

Casa con un arquitectura y distribución muy especial, decoración singular y agradable, con todos los elementos necesarios para un buen descanso. Únicamente destacar que la piscina nos fallo la segunda mitad de la estancia por problemas en el mantenimiento

Gracias Manuel, lo de la piscina ya está solucionado, hemos averiguado que el problema se debió a un aumento en el PH del agua debido al sol, el viento y la presencia de bañistas. No ustedes pero días antes estuvo un grupo grande de gente local. Lo tenemos controlado.

Vergane glorie

Het huis is bijzonder; veel hoekjes, nissen, niveau verschil en een enorme hoeveelheid schilderijen. Een van de mooiste plaatsen is het bovenste terras met uitzicht op de Teide. Jammer genoeg zijn er overal kleine of grotere onvolkomenheden die allemaal duiden op achterstallig onderhoud. Enkele voorbeelden; de toiletten spoelen niet of slecht door, de doucheslang werkt niet, vaatwasser is kapot, erg veel mieren op het aanrecht, enorm krakende bedden en een heel slecht divanbed. Het zou goed zijn als de eigenaar hier iets aan gaat doen. Want het huis verdient door zijn unieke bouw deze aandacht. De prijs die er nu voor gevraagd wordt is in deze staat veel te hoog, dit is het huis niet waard. Het meest vervelende was dat enkele keren tijdens ons verblijf zomaar andere mensen in de tuin stonden die met medeweten van de eigenaar 'even' het huis wilden bezichtigen. Dit was echt heel erg storend en zonder enig respect voor onze privacy. Uiteraard hierover een opmerking gemaakt, maar dit bleek een hele normale gang van zaken te zijn. We hebben dit huis zorgvuldig uitgekozen, maar het is vergane glorie.

Beautiful house with wonderful views

A group of 8 of us had a fantastic vacation at Maximiliano's place; and he was a great host! He was always on hand at the apartment below to help us with any issue or question we had. It is a large house with many rooms filled with art and antiques, as well as multiple balconies and terraces. We especially enjoyed the terrace off of the TV room, which had a beautiful view of the ocean and volcano and we used as our spot for meals or to enjoy a drink. The house had all the amenities needed. The large pool outside seemed heated. The location was perfect for exploring both the north and the south, with close beaches, and towns to explore as well. We would highly recommend. Thanks again, Maximiliano!

Superbe coin de l'île

Superbe logement, idéalement situé avec une vue imprenable. Le coin est idéal pour éviter les endroits trop fréquentes du sud, et il y a pourtant mille chose à faire ailleurs. Une mention particulière pour les magnifiques charco à proximité. Maximiliano est un hôte très cultivé et la maison à beaucoup de caractère et de charme. Avec en plus une piscine et un jardin pour profiter du barbecue. Seul bemol:le peu de pression de l'eau dans les sanitaires (douches et wc) dont il faudra s'accommoder.

Fué fantástico, no salimos de la casa para nada. Eramos 5 niños y 6 adultos , la casa lo tiene todo. Y el propietario, Maximiliano ,muy atento y simpático, gracias a él consegumos casa en sólo 2 días, ya que la reserva que teníamos en otro lugar nos falló! La recomiendo sin duda!

Irrepetible y recomendable

Espectacular casa, maravillosas vistas y entorno perfecto! 4 días de despedida con 7 amigos que nunca olvidaremos. Vistas inmejorables del teide, una casa preciosa y de lujo con todas las comodidades y unos carnavales en la capital únicos. Sin duda , una experiencia que superaba nuestras mejores expectativas. Viajamos una gran familia de amigos de nueve personas, niños incluidos. La casa ha sido perfecta, sus colores, sus detalles,su piscina, su sauna y su barbacoa. Cada ventana es un cuadro y cada estancia tiene sus rincones especiales. Pudimos compartir con el propietario buenos momentos y fue muy interesante . Gracias por todo Max.

Un lugar tranquilo para desconectar

Buscábamos un lugar tranquilo dónde estar en familia (perro incluido). La casa es acogedora (sauna, piscina, etc..) aunque la descripción de las instalaciones necesita ser actualizada. El propietario es buena gente y su presencia en la planta baja pasa desapercibida. Repetiría la experiencia.

Perfekter Familienurlaub (3 Generationen!)

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und großartigen Aussichten von den verschiedenen Terrassen aus. Der Vermieter Maximilano ist äußerst herzlich und bei vornehmer Zurückhaltung bemüht, alle Wünsche seiner Gäste zu erfüllen bzw. Fragen zu beantworten. Er wohnt ebenfalls in dem Gebäude, hat jedoch einen separaten Eingang. Mit Englisch und ein wenig Spanisch ist die Verständigung problemlos möglich. Ein Schlafzimmer (+ Bad) befindet sich unmittelbar neben dem Haus (als kleiner Anliegerbungalow). Hier kann man beispielsweise in Ruhe ausschlafen, ohne von den Frühstücksvorbereitungen im Hause gestört zu werden! In unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es ein hervorragendes Weinrestaurant (+Museum+Shop "Casa del Vino") mit günstigen - sehr guten - Speisen und lokalen Weinen. Etwas weiter entfernt (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es mindestens zwei weitere gute Restaurants. Einkaufen waren wir nur mit dem PKW. Den nächsten empfehlenswerten Strand findet man in Puerto de la Cruz (ca. 15 min PKW-Fahrt). Nach Las Teresitas (weißer Sahara-Sand + Palmen) sind es 35 min PKW-Fahrt. Regen in EL Sauzal (im November durchaus wahrscheinlich) kann man immer entliehen. Irgendwo scheint auf Teneriffa immer die Sonne! Vielen Dank nochmals an Maximiliano! Magnifique maison pour visiter Tenerife!

Accueil chaleureux, maison magnifique et confortable. Localisation idéale pour la plupart des lieux intéressants sur Tenerife. Un peu loin des plages bondées du sud, mais ça c'est plutôt un avantage!

Charming host, stunning views

maximiliano is a very kind and considerate host, was on hand in the flat below if anything was needed. the property has the most amazing views and a lovely traditional feel. Our family had a wonderful week's stay. The staircase is not ideal for children, as it has no rail, and the oven electrics can play up but these minor points were far outweighed by the generous welcome and the beautiful property. Even a sauna! Thank you maximiliano !

Perfecto!!!

Disfrutamos de una estancia excelente. La ubicación y sus vistas inmejorables, amanecer,atardecer con el imponente Teide y el entorno del mar. Combinar la sauna con los baños en la piscina. La casa, mobiliario, limpieza, el detalle de bienvenida, y el trato personal, todo resulto muy acogedor. Sin duda, volveremos!!!

Traumurlaub in Traumhaus

Anfang des Jahres war ich mit Freunden auf Teneriffa und habe einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt! Das Haus ist super gelegen: In einer ruhigen Gegend und nicht zu weit entfernt von den schönen Stränden der Insel. Zum Strand sind wir aber gar nicht allzu oft gefahren, da der wunderschöne Pool im Garten uns immer wieder einlud auf dem großen Grundstück zu bleiben. Das Grundstück ist sauber und ermöglicht einem viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten. So konnte man Abends am eingebauten Grill im Garten einen ausgiebigen Grillabend veranstalten. Zu späterer Stunde haben wir uns meistens auf die schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und die Insel gesetzt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig, generell war immer genug Platz für alle und es kam zu keiner Zeit zu Komplikationen. Der Vermieter des Hauses war sehr entgegenkommend und hat uns bei Fragen immer helfen können. Ich kann ein Urlaub in der Unterkunft nur empfehlen und werde sicherlich selbst noch oft ein paar Tage dort verbringen.

Imperdible!

El lugar es encantador, vista inmejorable, la casa llena de encanto e impecable! Estuvimos muy cómodos todo funcionaba a la perfección con ambientes amplios y confortable, la ubicación muy buena ya. Cesible de ir a los lugares más interesantes, los propietarios nos trataron como de la familia nos sentimos muy bien ! Sin duda volvería y se los récomiendo !

„Im März 2013 hatten wir diese schöne Villa angemietet. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage! Die Villa, die einem Architekten gehört, ist nicht nur sehr großzügig geschnitten, man erkennt überall die Liebe zum Detail. Besonders schön fanden wir den Steinboden im Haus, wirklich einzigartig! Der Pool, Grill und die Sauna sind natürlich auch tolle Highlights der Villa. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und der Fernseher im Fernseherzimmer in Übergröße (es gibt auch deutsche Kanäle). Zudem ist der Vermieter sehr nett und erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch! Somit als Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!“

Nous sommes restés 8 jours dans cette villa et nous en sommes très satisfaits: villa très spacieuse, lits confortables, vue splendide sur l'océan et le Teide, sauna fonctionnel et très agréable quand il est suivi d'un bain dans la piscine, cuisine bien équipée, petite bouteille de champagne au frais à l'arrivée et accueil chaleureux de Maximiliano! Violette et ses amis sont un groupe de jeunes heureux, drôles et enthousiastes. Ils ont aimé chacun des derniers jours passé sur l'île qu'ils étaient rares. Ils mangeaient dans les endroits que j'ai recommandé les. Ils pratiquaient le surf. Ils ont pris plusieurs bains Sauna et jeté la piscine encore une nuit de tempête.
