A wonderful place for a holiday with a larger group. We really enjoyed our stay.

We made great use of the swimming pool everyone loved it. The house itself was wonderful, and the rooms were comfortable. There was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. The ping-pong table and pétanque area were nice additions to the activities available at the house. There were several pleasant spots to relax outside. We received excellent instructions regarding both arrival and use of the house—special thanks for that!

Excellent

An amazing Villa. A group of 10 of us stayed and we never felt cramped. So much space inside and out, the kitchen is a little small but with one large fridge and 3 mini fridge’s we had plenty of storage. The beds are comfortable. Ideal bathrooms too. The living space and dining area could accommodate all of us. The AC in every room was a life saver. The views are incredible we didn’t want to leave. Will definitely stay again and for longer!!!

All around perfection, was amazing location and Facilities exceeded our expectations.

Everything. The location was just perfect and the villa and it&#39s facilities just superb. Absolutely stunning. Would thoroughly recommend, you won&#39t be disappointed. Nothing except very thin bin liners, please upgrade.

Split into 3 levels so if privacy and peace needed for any of our party of 7 it was there. It's our second stay here, it's totally private and secure with beautiful views. Management by Seashell was absoluty amazing for all our requirements Nothing

The villa and the rooms are very spacious and ideal for large groups!

The team were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. The pool was a great size and there were lots of outdoor space to relax in. Although the location was great, would recommend hiring a car as it is easier to get around. Thanks for the hospitality, would definitely return! Thanks for letting us stay, we had a great time there! Really enjoyed the villa and the views from there. Thanks to your team for being so responsive and helpful at all times. The only feedback I can say is that throwing the bins away was a bit of a hassle as we had to drive to take the rubbish away, however, I appreciate if this is the only location available!

Great Villa with a few issues

As we previously owned a 4 bed villa with a pool in this area we wanted to return after Covid and decided to rent this property. We thought that the villa was beautiful with pretty gardens and a lovely pool. Inside the villa it was clean, modern and well equipped. We loved the views and quiet location. We enjoyed staying here however we find there is definite room for improvement on the overall guest experience. We were disappointed for the multiple extra charges for items such as pool towels, children's toys, darts as well as pool heating. We were willing to pay the 30 Euro a day charge for pool heating however on arrival it was unclear if the heating was on and wasn't very effective during our stay. Also there was no option to have the pool heating on for less than our stay of 9 nights. In our experience with our villa the pool cover would be more effective. Another additional charge was 35 Euro to meet us at the villa after 10.00pm even though there was a key box that is used. Finally, a few extra comments that need to be addressed is the lack of smoke or carbon monoxide alarms. Also the quality of the bedding and towels was not acceptable as we discovered holes in the towels and stains on the bedding. We feel for the price point of the villa standards should be higher and slightly disappointed with some of the unnecessary additional charges. That said, this is a stunning property and could be much improved if they make some of these adjustments.

We were a group of 10 and had an enjoyable stay

The property was beautiful, clean and very comfortable for our group of 10. It was well air-conditioned and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of different areas throughout the house to relax and enjoy, and the beautiful, tranquil views were a real highlight. Although the property is located inland and away from the city, having a hire car made getting around easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found the house a lovely place to spend time together as a group.

Wonderful Villa

Everything ! we were disappointed when our villas weren't free for this week and rolled on this week on for a year due to COVID restrictions - smaller than our usual but absolutely perfect - the three levels just worked for us ! can't wait to book again next year and will try and finish the barrel of Sagres next time :-) Management company also first class (assuming my security deposit is returned :-) )

Could be much better

The location and the view are very nice. The villa inside is well equiped and pleasant The swimming pool was green after 2 days, and impracticable...we have decided to leave the villa...there are a lot of detritus in the garden (tissues, cans...) we are very far from a high-end villa

Muito bom alojamento,boa localização,mau serviço.

Alojamento.
