New and spacious house, 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with Italian showers; each bedroom has a super-king bed which can also be used as twin beds; There are three living rooms, the first set with the dining room; the second upstairs with an incredible view and the third is the garden room, the perfect place to relax. The large, modern kitchen has an island for dining as well. There are two balconies in the front and behind; large terraces and a large and peaceful garden. The house is in a very quiet area but not far from St Emilion, Libourne, Bordeaux, Périgueux ; It is in the Dordogne and next to the Gironde and the Charente. It is extremely well equipped with everything of high quality. The perfect place for 6 adult friends / couples or families with older children Please note the pool is not fenced. Perfect to relax and enjoy the tranquility or to explore this wonderful region.
