About this property

Perigourdine with private heated pool, 4G WIFI, between Bergerac and St Emilion

Our holiday home located at the edge of the river Isle is 10 minutes by car, shops and a body of water arranged in beach with paddle boats, boats and various games for children.
A desire to move: you can go west and spend a day at the sea or go east and visit the prehistoric sites of the Dordogne. A desire for calm: sip a drink around our pool or fish on the Isle.
Our house has a beautiful modern fully fitted kitchen, a living room and a dining room of 60 m2, 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, a bathroom with bath and shower, 2 toilets. Our flat-bottomed saltwater pool, doubly secure, measures 4m x 9m and is south facing.

In July and August, we receive for 7 days minimum and we will make a discount of 10% on a second week.
In June and September we receive for two weeks minimum and we will make a discount of 10% on the third, fourth weeks.

- A deposit will be required on the day of your arrival.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Excellent stay in clean & well appointed property.

The owners were terrific and the house was capable of housing six people easily. The bathrooms contained bath, shower and two W.C.'s. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and pots & pans and the kitchen & refrigerators were clean. There was a vacuum cleaner, washing machine & brooms & cleaning materials etc for tidying up. The pool was self cleaning and easy to use. We would definitely stay here again if we decide to visit the Dordogne again because it is central for the whole region.

Huisje was netje en goed verzorgd Keuken netjes alle spullen aanwezig. Leuke buurt en veel gezien. Zwembad was heerlijk en goed onderhouden Enige negatieve puntje zijn de bedden. Te klein afmeting 140 en veel te hard. Geen extra beddengoed.

Idéal pour des vacances en famille

C'est un peu tristes, mais avec de jolis souvenirs, que nous avons quitté la maison de Marc. Très bien équipée (nous séjournions avec un enfant de 2 ans), elle nous a permis de passer de jolies vacances grâce, notamment, à son emplacement, son environnement calme et sa belle piscine. Malgré de chaudes journées, la maison garde bien la fraîcheur en cette période, ce qui est un avantage certain. Merci à Marc et sa femme pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leurs conseils.

Séjour très agréable !

Merci pour votre accueil cordial ! La maison très bien équipée, le jardin bien entretenu et sa piscine-terrasse rendent le séjour vraiment très agréable. La maison est fraiche et le jardin mi-exposé mi-ombragé a ravi tout le monde ! Voici deux suggestions personnelles : - Votre literie est très bonne, mais si vous en avez l'opportunité, optez pour des lits plus larges : les chambres sont grandes, et pour les couples en été, pouvoir s'étaler a deux dans un grand lit améliore radicalement le confort. - Votre jardin et sa vue sont splendides, vous pourriez sans doute lui donner encore plus de cachet sans trop d'entretien supplémentaire avec quelques buissons/haies/arbustes à fleurs le long du mur mitoyen en briques. Encore merci pour votre accueil !

Un lieu paradisiaque

Tout était parfait : la maison très belle et bien équipée ; la piscine sans chlore ; le jardin splendide avec de très beaux arbres ; le cadre de verdure bien plus beau que sur les photos avec une vie que la coline. Nous avons adoré cet endroit tellement calme et bucolique. Merci aux propriétés pour leur superbe accueil, nous espérons revenir plus longtemps la prochaine fois.
