"Moraira Club Sun" is a luxury residence with communal pool and gardens, walking distance to Moraira centre and its fantastic beaches.



This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has been constructed with the highest quality and features: Air conditioning throughout the house, underfloor heating in bathrooms, windows and doors with double glazing and the floor is rustic terrazzo.

It has a lift and one parking place in the garage.

Spacious apartment close to beach.

Great location, spacious apartment close to all amenities and beach. Hector from Solhabitat was very helpful and so would highly recommend This particular apartment only had Spanish tv stations but did have wifi.

Spacious apartment

We had the pleasure of staying in this spacious apartment for almost three months. Both the living area and bedrooms are generously sized, as is the kitchen, and the balcony offers ample seating space. The apartment is fully equipped with all modern comforts. Its location in relation to the town centre is excellent: shops, the market and Moraira beach are all within easy walking distance. The building itself, as well as the surrounding gardens, are impeccably maintained.

Lovely central apartment

Solhabitat saved the day when we had to change our holiday plans at the last minute. The booking service over the phone was excellent and they could not have been more helpful. The apartment is very well located, pepe la sal and super cor supermarkets are both a 2 to 3 minute walk, and moraira town centre 5 minutes. The apartment was spotlessly clean as is the pool area. This was our 5th holiday with Solhabitat and as always they never disappoint. Portable sunbeds to take to the pool would be a useful addition to the property.

Großzügige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Es wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert, als ein Nachbar den Garagenstellplatz belegt hatte. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und der Balkon ausreichend für einen Esstisch und eine Liege. Sehr praktisch ist die Waschmaschine. Die Poolanlage ist besonders schön und nicht überlaufen. Es gibt im Pool flache Bereiche zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nah genug am Ort, dass man überall zu Fuss hinkommt, weit genug entfernt, dass es trotzdem ruhig ist. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können die Wohnung Nur empfehlen. Nichts
