This adorable two story home is located next to Cahoon Park, Tennis, Golf, Basketball, Downtown area. Built in 1940, this home sits adjacent to Cahoon Park. Although updated, it maintains the charm, beauty and uniqueness of it's historic setting. Newly installed central air system, refinished wood floors, new kitchen appliances. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. The living room sofa makes out into a queen bed.

Charming old home

We enjoyed this clean and tidy home. Everything is in excellent condition and well maintained. We appreciate the old wood work and the care that went into selecting the updated features such as central air that left the charm still in this house. The communication was exceptional and we would choose this rental again.

My brother unexpectedly passed away & lots of family & friends were coming. My sibling & our families needed a place near my mom, last minute. We also had 2, 8 week old puppies we couldn't leave at home. My last brother & I were able to have our 2 kids be with our brothers only child at this perfect little house. It gave us so much comfort to be together, the 3 teen cousins distracted from the grief & an escape to rest. Ww were hardly there, except to sleep & the beds & pillows were perfect! The temperature was amazing & easy to operate. All the appliances in the kitchen were new & gorgeous. We wanted to wash our dishes but didn't have a drying rack or dishwasher. So sorry! The little backyard was peaceful & such nice grass for the 2 little puppies to run. They even had a nice pooper scooper for us! The lawn had been mowed & was wet from sprinklers, so a little unavoidable tracking grass inside. Wish we'd had a vaccuum to clean up a bit. Sorry. But we loved the yard! Even had a dog run if necessary. Thank you so much for communicating so quickly with us & being accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay here again instead of a hotel. So comfortable & charming!

We went to Roswell for a phlebotomy class stayed here great little location a little bit of difficulty trying to figure out where the house is because it is behind another house but other than that great stay

Enjoyed the stay. Home is very clean. Had everything we needed. Very close and convenient to the main strip. Easy access and owner was very prompt with responding. If I ever come back to Roswell I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant surprise

I wasn't expecting much since the photos were just okay, but when we arrived the house was so darn cute and very clean! Quality finishes too! The location can't be beat. We were right next to a decent park and really close to a better one (at the recreation center). Since we had great weather, we walked the 7 minutes to downtown. If we're in need of another stay in Roswell, this will be on the top of our list.

Beautiful place.

Only problem was trying to get into the place. I was given a wrong code. I didn't have his number. I had to bother the neighbors for his information. I am glad I arrived early. If I had arrived later, I would have been out of luck..

We had just changed the access code but did fail to update on vrbo in time for their check in. However our number is listed through VRBO and they could have quickly and easily contacted us for that information. They may have been new to VRBO and didn't know how to access our contact information. But that information is readily available.
